We had booked this hotel for four nights. The first two nights were great however on the third night people were smoking in the room across the hall. When it was reported to the Saturday manager we were told they were aware of it, no I’m sorry this happened etc. we ended up checking out one day early.

In the era of Covid, The Atrium provided exceptional customer service, that was both welcoming and safe. The restaurant was open and the kitchen served one of the best steaks that I have had for some time; delivered by a service staff that went above and beyond to provide everything needed.

Very nice hotel I love it

I visited Quincy for a classic film festival a few weeks ago, and stayed at the Atrium on Third. I cant say enough about the hotel, comfortable room, great breakfast and a wonderful staff of caring people. The front desk folks were great, especially Cynthia, who always had a smile and a kind word. I really enjoyed seeing here each morning. From the young guys setting up tables in the conference rooms to the room attendant, they were just all good people and a pleasure to be around. I would definitely stay here again; if they repeat the film festival next year I intend to do so.

This is our second stay here and it is where we chose to stay every time we are here. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are nice and accommodating and having Drakes right here at the hotel is an added bonus. I highly recommend The Atrium on Third!!

We had inquired about our wedding date, were told the date was open. We put our self on the inquiry list as we were still looking into places. The policy is that if someone else inquires about it the first inquiry (which in this case was us) has 24 hours to decide if they want to book it or not. We called to book and and were told it was now booked for our date and we were never given a chance to book or not, just looked over and ignored. Terrible customer service and does not follow through with policies. Specifically Trent is who we dealt with. Very disappointed.

This is a beautiful banquet center but when you are not from the area you won’t have a clue where this is at. Super confusing to find. They call it the Atrium for branding purposes but they do not have a sign out in the front of their building. I was driving around in circles trying to find it. Then I pulled into Quality Inn and Suites and found a sign by the front of their door saying the Atrium. I went inside and walked around and their wasn’t a sign that said the Atrium. Inside their building they call it the Conference Room. Highly recommend to the owners getting some better signage or just calling it the Quality Inn and Suite Banquet Room. That would be a lot easier.
