Performed state inspection sticker in record timing. Friendly employees. Followed COVID saftey in January 2021 during my visit.

Called for ask if they could install ac in my car . Their answer was this is a temporary job not in the hight of ac season, Im not doing it and hung up on me . I mean if installing an ac doesnt qualify for ac season I dont know what does. Very poor customer service. Very very rude and Im not sure why . The whole conversation lasted 3 mins . Im shocked how carless these people are. Take your business elsewhere.

In and out problem solved!

I take our vehicles to the dealership for oil changes. Everytime I go, I get a list of things that need to be done. I take my list to Tom and JJ and they do only the neccessary work for a lot less than the quote from the dealership. Have been taking all of our vehicles to them for years without a problem. Cant say that for any place else.

Went in to try ask about service, stood there for like 10 min and they still ignored me.. just left and went somewhere else.

I went there because I needed an altenator. I told him NAPA Auto Part has it for 85$.He said hell take care of it. He NEVER called me to tell me he has his own ppl he gos to.what should of cost me 205$ Cost me 349.00$.

Dana is very skilled & honest, if you dont need it he wont do it.He does regular maintenance & Mass inspection too.
