I have been looking at trucks for awhile now and wanted to make the trip to Quincy to see a certain truck. The salesman, Josh, had it up and waiting for us when we showed up. He explained everything really well and helped us get to where we wanted to be payment wise. Jake and Royce were also great. Will definitely be recommending them to friend and family.

Excellent Dealership, It was quite the drive down from Chicago but Dave gave me a fair deal. He didnt add any hidden fees or obscene upcharges. He gave me the same deal we negotiated over the phone before I drove down there. I drove back home happy in my first brand new car. I would recommend that anybody looking to buy a Honda, try to buy from Kunes Honda of Quincy.

I love the service department. Mika has always taken care of us and our Crosstour. These folks really care and do an amazing job. They usually find a coupon for my oil changes and have helped with warranty service too. Never been disappointed. 10/10 would recommend Alex Coleman from this dealership. He was patient, courteous, and not pushy on whatever I decided. He answered all questions and never showed me anything outside of my price range. He was very attentive to what he noticed that I liked versus what he wanted to sell me. Unethical---- Dont let your kids or grand parents step on their lot. They will show you a payment much higher than you can qualify for and slip a $4000 warranty in on you. Guess what you paid for that $4000 warranty. Your payment would be much lower if they didnt steal your $4000s

Do not buy used from Kunes. Sold me a car with abad transmission! Was told i siged the as is form. 2 weeks after purchase it was slipping niw 2 months later it went out. Was told it was a good car and specifically asked about transmisssion. Spend your money elsewhere! Customer service is great till an issue like thus arises then its tge total opposite. Me and my family will never buy a car from them in the future. Poor management and even worse salesmen. Come to find out the As is form was not filled in by Salesman. we both signed a form that was not filled out with the agreement portion.

No courtesy car available which was really unfortunate since no employees were wearing masks and at least half of the others in the building are also not wearing masks. Frankly I may never come back, since I am from Macomb I have to drive to find a Honda regardless. It’s just science. So if a repair shop and the other staff doesn’t believe in science and they fix and sell automobiles, it’s just plain stupidity.

I went to Kunes Country to look for a new car. Nothing special just wanted to look around. Josh Bunker was amazing to me. He asked me everything that I wanted and then showed me my options. I really dont want to give them a star but was the only way I could add this commentI paid my car off early so there was some gap money owed me along with some from the road side assist policy. I must say the only friendly and helpful person was the lady answering the phone we dealt with Jake in finance to try to get our money refunded mind you we started this Jan 12,2021 as of today the only way we received any money was because I had to call Honda for our gap policy # once I had that we gave it to Jake but he said he had never done this before and had to get someone to help him and would call us back finally 2/2/2021 I contacted Honda myself and sent them the paperwork to get the gap insurance money back which I got a check on 2/12/2021Jake said he sent in a request for the the roadside assistance refund so I waited until today and called Honda the check was mailed out 2/12/2021 to our OLD address I know Jake had the corrected address because I sat right in his office and asked him to make sure he gave them our new address.Called today and talked to Jake and all he said was sorry it went to the wrong address never offered to to help get this resolvedThe aggravating part of all of this is IF he would have ever called us back any of the multiple times we called to talk to him we could have checked the address.Judy Schnelle & Patt Huner

Took advantage of my Aunt. Charged her well over sticker for her vehicle and tack on another 995 for a car wash and mud flaps and a fill up WOW Plus they robbed her of her trade in.

Went in not knowing exact fluids to get for my 12 Ridgeline, shame on me. Was not feeling confident of what parts I did purchase. Upon further review of the maintenance schedule I am missing two more crush washers as well as gear oil. Know what you need in advance, and dont buy in Illinois. Sales tax is a pain.
