I had insurance with State Farm and I was getting quotes for other companies. I got a quote from this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE agent. I gave her all of my information and she quoted me for auto and home owners. I decided NOT to go with Allstate because shortly after the quote, she send a letter to my deceased father-in-law, asking for his business. I thought it was tacky and went a different direction. Last week, I noticed a collection account on my credit profile from none other than Allstate-Stacy Foxall. It has been a nightmare trying to get it removed from my credit profile and I would NEVER, EVER recommend this agent or company to anyone.

Best I service I’ve ever had. Everyone is super nice and understanding. Best part is that they are always willing to help!
