I gave someone there my credit card info to hold an appointment and they didn’t have my appointment saved...TERRIBLE...first time customer and.I will NOT be going EVER. Didn’t even get me in the door...Made my appointment three weeks ago with somebody who took my credit card information in my phone number to hold our massages. I called the week of to ask a question and find out that we don’t have appointments and we’re not in the system and we don’t exist. THEN WHO DID I GIVE MY CARD TO?!?!?! also had multiple managers I was trying to get in touch with/waiting for calls back from for days, and heard back less than 12 hours before when the appointment was supposed to be. Very sketchy...absolutely do not recommend...would have given a 0 out of 5 if I could have.

Ive never been in pain w a migraine after a massage until todays which is disappointing because usually everything is great. Normally how i feel right now is WHY i would go for a massage (like you just moved and packed up all your furniture .. Now youre tender and sore) just have to try a different person until you find one you dont want to change!

Upon arrival to my massage room there was an overwhelming smell of fresh paint. My thoughts where like wow I have to smell this for an hour. Kind of hard to relax with that smell. There was a dirty sheet under the small table. The ladies in the front very nice and friendly.

Front desk staff with poor communication and not very helpful, not well trained as advertise. They rushed and hang up the phone before end conversation. Staff here with hight turnover. Plan to end my membership after I use all my points.

The massage was good, but my front desk experience was slightly off putting. I was asked to sign up for a membership and when I responded no she proceeded to say maybe I didn’t understand the benefits and seeing the benefits listed on paper from the package would help me understand (which I did understand the first time). I said no and she then responded by asking if I had a job and was that why I didn’t want the package. I am employed and I simply don’t have $65 of disposable income to throw away once a month on massages. There is a fine line between persistent and overstepping and I felt this was overstepping a bit.

I have a membership to this place. I usually do facials rather than massages. (Nothing wrong with their massages btw).The reception staff are always friendly. Getting there a little early for your appointment is a treat as they give you a heated neck wrap while youre waiting for your appointment. Prices for their skin care products or massage extras seem steep, but par for these kind of establishments.

The front desk staff is so accommodating and friendly! The therapists are all amazing! Go here and sign up because you save so much $! They are offering chemical peels and microderm now too and just look at the price compared to dermatologists!

I showed up early as suggested to fill out forms. I then sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes past when my massage was supposed to start. I went to the front desk, not even an apology so i left.

If anyone books with massage envy DO NOT book with the facility in Quincy they are unprofessional and their communication is terrible. the first time I booked with them they supposedly did not have my appointment on file but I was still charged the second time I booked they neglected to inform me that the person that was suppose to be giving a massage quit and I wouldnt have known If I didnt call to confirm.

Ive been going here for years and always have a good experience. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. It can be hit or miss with the actual therapists - all are very kind and seem focused on giving a good experience but sometimes youll leave and be like hmmm...everything is still tight/sore/lumpy/whatever you were hoping to fix - but then again maybe Im not asking for what I want in the terms they understand and my miscommunication is not their fault. Overall a great place!

Worse massage company ever. Customer service was awful, massage was bad, everything about this place is just for a lack of a better word bad.

Nice facility and staff, very relaxing environment, but the massage left a lot to be desired. I went in for a one-hour prenatal massage and it was definitely not full body. I marked lower back and thighs are problem areas (very typical pregnancy pain areas), and the massage ended up just being a lotion rub of my upper back and calves, no other areas touched. It was a relaxing experience but I had high hopes for an aching pregnant back and left just as achy.
