The lady dispatcher for this company displays the worst customer service you’ll ever deal with in life. have tried numerous times to give this place business, but never will I again. The only reason this company survives is because they have contracts with the state for elderly people, so we need to do something to make sure they can no longer get the contracts. Companies like this do not deserve our money and our gracious attitudes, whatever happened to good old fashion customer service. The lady dispatcher will never mention how long it will be and if you call back after 20 minutes of waiting, she then gets aggravated with a very mean tone. Also I have tried to be very nice about it, but this lady should not be working in a customer service job.

I used them really as my lifeline at the end of 2019-2020 when my car was out of commission and my Mom was slowly slipping away from stage 4 cancer. I am grateful for the kindness of each driver who came to know me because of my late night runs either going to or coming from seeing my Mom. Moms gone now but I am grateful that they made a hard time a bit easier.

Do not use this company. Poor customer service. I called to schedule a cab at 5:30am in the morning. I came out at 5:35am and there was no cab. I called the dispatcher asking if the cab showed up. He yelled at me “THE CAB WAITED 10 minutes and LEFT!” I told him the cab didn’t wait ten minutes and should have called me before leaving as I’ve used their services before. He yelled that he ordered me another cab. When he hang up on me I booked a Lyft instead.I called back to say never mind I called a Lyft instead because he was rude. He starts yelling at me again and saying he is not yelling. He was so loud that I could hear him yelling from my phone without my ear being on the phone. I told him he was very unprofessional to yell at a paying customer. I was not yelling at him, I was not rude, I only wanted a ride to work that’s all. I told him I will no longer use his services and ended the call with God bless you sir.

Unfortunately, I used their service on a regular and the girl dispatcher has never let me down. But Thursday night? I called Yellow Taxi and they said it would be a half hour wait from 11.02pm. So after about 40 minutes I called them back to ask what was going on with my taxi. A male dispatcher told me that the taxi was out front. So I looked out front and saw nothing but figured hed be right along and so i waited out front and it was a chilly night.During my wait out front i called yellow taxi a few times. This finally led to the dispatcher telling me that he did not know what had happened to the taxi driver, he tried calling him several times and it would be about another 15 minutes to get another taxi to me. After about 20 minutes i called back and nobody answered the phone. I called again and again and the dispatcher started to pick up the phone and hangs it up. This cycle went on a few times. So my friend called on his phone and low and behold the dispatcher answered the unrecognized phone number. He told my friend again that the taxi was on the way. After about 10 more minutes? I called again and again and the dispatcher would not answer the phone. I finally got my taxi at about 12:45m.Totally unprofessional night shift, rude, unreliable, and both the dispatcher and original taxi driver should be fired on the spot. The girl day dispatcher was always truthful, honest, caring, professional, and did her job with high marks too. She deserves a big fat raise and deserves a promotion to train taxi drivers and future dispatchers. If i was just rating her and the day shift? It wouldve been 5 stars.If i find out that this night dispatcher is not fired? I will use Uber in the future. This is something that i have avoided to do in order to support taxi companies and their drivers too. Its a sad deal. Because most people that are still using taxi businesses? Are doing it for the same reasons that I am. Its more expensive to use a taxi service than it is to use an Uber.

Today the had sitting at stop and shop for 1 hour for a cab . They keep on tell me looking for a cab for me but that was a lie . Plus they wouldn’t answer the phone . I called them 5 times . I had cancel the cab because it took too long . Once I cancel a cab . Cab came for another person going the same way I was going . I said something to cab driver came for another person I told I was waiting for 1 hour for cab he said he been for job to some one pick up . Quincy cab worst company

Worst cab service by far! I’ve waited for cabs 25min to an hour after they say I would wait only “5 to 10” Min. Sorry but something had happened to you guys as a service and it needs to get changed. I understand we are in a pandemic currently but still I should have to wait for a cab that long if I live around the corner from the taxi service place!

Every experience Ive had with this company in recent memory has been absolutely horrible Ive had multiple times Ive been refused a ride, even one time a driver arrived at the pick up and refused to give us a ride when we tried to get in. Everyone who works for this company is highly combative especially the older sounding receptionist guy who answers the phone who has on multiple occasions giving both my friends and I trouble for trying to use their service. Its really unfortunate as we all had a discussion earlier on in our use of their service that we thought there was little to no difference between an uber or Lyft compared to a taxi, boy were we wrong.

The wait times for a cab in North Quincy has been 30 minutes or more for the last 2-3 months. The drivers complain they are being sent from one end of the city to the other even though there are cabs in the NQ area. This sounds like mismanagement to me. I guess its time to look at UBER.3-10-20I complained to the city about poor service and Im happy to Yellow Cab has corrected the lack of cabs in the N Quincy area and the wait times have gone back to normal (10-15 min). As long as they can maintain this level of service Ill give them 4 stars

We had a seamless easy experience ordering a taxi for very early morning drive to the airport from Quincy. The driver arrived right on time, was very helpful, and the fare was the same flat rate I was quoted. Would use them again.

Absolutely unprofessional taxi service. I called the night before booking a cab to Logan airport from Braintree, assured that the taxi would be a flat fee of $40 and accept credit card payments. The taxi smelt like smoke, had crumbs and wrappers on the seats and the driver did not drive well. Arrived at the airport, $50.60 (not the flat fee) ready to pay and was told the credit card processing was not working. Luckily I had cash on hand and had to hand write my receipt, but will absolutely not be using this service again and do not recommend this to anyone else. Stick with Uber / Lyft even if it costs a premium.

Not on time extremely unprofessional, cabs show up early and I get blamed for being late and I cant schedule a ride for the morning because its too local of a ride, talking about a 10 minute drive, guy loves to yell over the phone wouldnt recommend to anyone
