The company ThriveHive was my business (My Time Women Fitness) website, email and digital marketing provider for several years. In the last year LocaliqIQ took over ThriveHive. Since then, first the emails to my customers stopped reaching all of the recipients, then all my picture library and ability to use images for emails was gone, then my ability to email my customers disappeared completely. They changed the managing website portal and now access to MY client data and emailing ability is GONE. The website used to track who called us and record some phone conversations for training purposes. That functionality is gone. The website design portal is now barely functional. They have also started charging tax on top of my monthly fee without notice. Im being charged more and half of my functionality previously provided is gone. I have left numerous voicemails and sent emails. They dont answer the phone and dont respond to voicemails or emails. They also dont show up to the Zoom meetings you schedule with them for support!

I love my website, and my experience with this company was fantastic! Each person I worked with expressed an honest desire to help translate my vision into a beautiful and functional site. They worked fast and their rates are straightforward and very reasonable.

I was so excited to start working with them, but after 1.5 months I realized that they do not deliver.They kept telling me that it takes some time to find the right keywords and etc, but this is way too much.First of all, they did an awful landing page and if I would be a customer I would never buy anything after I looked at it. They didn’t discuss it with me and I had no idea that they direct customers to the landing page for more than a month at first place. I was told that if there would be a need in landing page they would let me know when I just signed the contract.They promise a lot but don’t deliver at all.I signed up with them in the middle of June and after 1.5 months of google ads, I got only 1 lead. They promised to change my Facebook page name since they had a Facebook partner thing, never happened. Promised to get leads from the beginning, but the only one after 1.5 months of promoting? Sounds suspicious. With them, I paid more than $5 per click which is ok, but the potential customer didn’t even see my website, they saw not selling landing page and who even hire photographer after looking at the landing page?After I told them that I was not happy and want to cancel they said that I still got charged for the next month, but my ads will be working. Which is ok, but after I confirmed cancellation they do not reply to my emails and I don’t see any proof that my ads are still on because RPM dashboard is simply not working. I contacted Customer Service and they promised to give me a callback, but I still didn’t get it.I don’t think that they are scammers, but they need to figure out how to give fewer promises and have better customer service.Will try to get a refund, because I am way to unsatisfied.
