First time visiting for a brow wax. Very easy and convenient to make appointment. Quick and eas check in and out process. Brows turned out amazing.

The ladies are always super nice. They listen to you, and make appropriate suggestions for what you need. Also very good about explaining the process as they are doing it. Very clean and friendly!

It was my first time going to Waxing the City and I saw Amanda. She was awesome! She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows and she was so kind! I will definitely be going back the next time I need my brows done.

Waxing the city is WAY more than a 10$ wax!! They only hire educated professional estheticians. This is a studio dedicated to the art of waxing. Waxing is a lifestyle not a one and done. They took the time to explain in all honesty how to prepare for my first wax and how to take care of my self after my service as well. I highly recommend Waxing the city!!

My boyfriend and I went in for our first waxes today. He had Ashley and I had Charlotte. Both of them were very professional, personable, and great at explaining the process and after care for our waxes. Charlotte did a great job on my eyebrows as well. We will be going back next month!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I’ve been waxing regularly for over 3 years and have gone to Waxing the City in other states. I recently moved and tried this location and it was literally the worst wax I’ve gotten in my life. The service was extremely bad and I was picking wax off for days. The person also spent the whole session talking poorly about other customers. They sent me a survey after my visit so I explained how poor my experience was there first instead of posting publicly and heard nothing back... Very poor experience and terrible customer service. I will not be going back.

I was so scared my first time but she really made me comfortable and the wax was WELL worth it. Also she does a great job! Showed up stood in the lobby for 15 minutes no one was there. Heard people laughing in a room right beside the desk, even called to see if they would come out and nothing.

I’ve been to this facility quite a few times for several different types of waxes and I have no complaints in terms of wax service. What I do have a problem with is the receptionist that I just met with the fake eyelashes, blue eyes, and blonde hair. She is RUDE. I mean going to sephora or Mac without makeup type rude. I asked her several questions about different services and she would literally not look at me, just kept staring at her computer screen and kept her answers short leaving me having to ask her more. She also knew my wax lady was running 22 minutes late and didn’t update me AT ALL. Just kept browsing the internet, texting on her phone etc. I’m not used to this kind of service here.

Huge shout out to Ashley at Waxing the City! She was friendly and accommodating. Not only did she was my Oscar the Grouch eyebrows to perfection but when she heard me say that I had thought about doing a chin wax, she didnt skip a beat and said we have plenty of time to do that too if you want!. All of the staff was friendly and the atmosphere there is wonderful. I will definitely be going back for my next waxing!Plus 50% off your first waxing!!!

I love this place! Kelsey is so great! She is very upbeat, and does exactly what I need. I have been threading for about 5 years now, and just went back to waxing. I recently went here as a first time customer and saw Kelly for a Brazilian. I have nothing but nice things to say about her. Kelly answered every question I had and made the process so easy as these are never fun. She always recommend an amazing exfoliate scrub and I’ve been getting so many compliments on smelling so good. I will definitely be back to see her soon.

The first time that I went to Wax the City was the first time that I had gotten a Brazilian. The staff was friendly and professional.I went there 3 times and was always a little upset that I would still have hair that they missed and broken pieces, I would point them out and they would tell me to be patient and it would start all coming out the more I went. I would get so frustrated that I would go home and try to pluck the left over pieces which was difficult. For $70 you would imagine they could do it.Since then I have switched to another salon and they are absolutely amazing. She gets down there and removes EVERY PIECE OF HAIR. Using magnification, a special light, and her skills for a great experience. And guess what? It is the same cost for a much better and more thorough service.I’ll never got back.

Sophie is amazing! She is friendly and professional. The studio is always clean and comfortable. I havent had to shave my legs in nearly a year and my brows look great. I recommend her to everyone.

I’ve been seeing Sophie at waxing the city for almost a year now & my brows have never looked better. I love how they use a hard wax which is far less painful then strips. Sophie waxes my brows and recently found the perfect brown tint to apply afterwards, saving me mucho time doing my make up in the morning! The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is top notch. I highly recommend Sophie at waxing the city!

Sophie was AMAZING! She was able to hold a conversation to help distract me through some of the more painful parts of the Brazillian. She was always making sure that the temperature of the wax wasnt too hot, especially as we started to remove hair. She also gave me some samples just in case I have any ingrown hairs. Wow. My first time there today. I booked an appt online with ease. I work in the OR and the nape of my neck the hair grows weird there for me so I had it waxed off. It didnt hurt Kelsey was amazing and would make sure I was doing well. After the neck I had her do my brows! She did more than a wonderful job, I now have Instagram brows that compliment my face!
