We secured the services of CayCare to take care of our aunt, who was suffering with dementia. Lisa was wonderful to work with. She helped get us set up with an agency who provided caregivers. Lisa did regular visits to monitor the progress of my aunts dementia. When it was time to move my aunt into an assisted living home, Lisas advice on how to handle the whole situation was invaluable. We couldnt have gotten through this without her. Thank you so much for your help during this very difficult time Lisa! You were so great, and we cannot say thank you enough.

I was referred to this agency by my mothers nursing home. I made several attempts to call them, give them information and no one called me back. Finally over a weekend a staff person called me back and told me that she was working all weekend and to call her. I did and she never returned my calls. I spoke with the nursing home and they said they were going to email them. Still they didnt call back, so I found another placement coordinator who responded immediately. I did finally receive a phone call from them and they apologized. I had given them at least a 10 day notice in advance of my mothers discharge and they did not get back to me until 3 days prior to her mandated discharge date. It was a nightmare experience as the nursing home said they were an excellent place to work with. This caused me enormous angst as I should have found another provider sooner instead of believing that they would be willing to help me out.

CayCare went beyond what I expected, and they always returned my calls. I worked with Latonda and Lisa, they were amazing and I couldnt have completed the process without them! I cant recommend them enough, do you have 10 Stars to add to the 5?

I refer exclusively to Cay Care because Cay Care has a process of first assessing the needs of the client, then matching the assessment with the services offered by the Care Community as annotated by the States Disclosure Statement. Few placement companies do this and even fewer are able to also provide care management, a vital component to a comprehensive care plan. Any negative review of Cay Care is ill informed or, worse, likely unfairly and insincerely retaliatory.
