I sold for over listing price, and purchase under asking. This is why I will continue to use my brother for all future purchases.

My wife and I recently purchased a house with the assistance of Andre Bohall of Keller Williams. One might say, I met Andre simply by chance as he was cold calling in our neighborhood. We struck up a conversation. I was very impressed with his market knowledge, his confidence and his overall professional demeanor. Several months later we retained Andre when we decided to start our home search. We identified a property, viewed it on a Friday, met with Andre in our home on Saturday to discuss our strategy to purchasing, got pre qualified in less than a ½ hour that day. Sunday we made an offer. After a couple days of negotiating we settled on a price Tuesday. 9 business days later we signed closing papers. That is correct from accepted offer to closing was 11 days, 9 business days. I would not recommend this approach but without diving too deep into the details, we would not have this home unless we were able to leverage the speed to close by the end of the month. We were so impressed with Andre’s ability to leverage this deal due to a sound reasoned strategy and him wisely having the rapport with key resources to execute this efficiently and effectively. We were impressed with Andre’s ability to anticipate potential issues in the process and get out in front of them. We never felt we were asking a dumb question. He was extremely patient and thorough. His communication was outstanding, touching bases constantly and updating progress. In my line of business, I interact with sales people and customer service representatives regularly and consequently I have come to know excellence when I see it and experience it. Andre and his assistant Alanna are excellent. It goes without saying that purchasing or selling a home can be stressful and overwhelming but it does not have to be especially if you are working with a team that is committed to understanding your objectives and continually demonstrates that they are acting in your best interest as we were fortunate to experience. Andre will be selling our “current” home and I fully expect we will have the same outstanding experience in this process.

While we ultimately werent able to purchase a house at this time to due circumstances changing, we were very pleased with the level of service, communication, and attentiveness we received from Andre. If we are ever in the position to purchase a home again, well definitely be going through him.
