Everyone on staff was so kind and very knowledgeable and treated my mother who is handicap with great respect.

This is the second time I’ve had to use this office. Unfortunately this time I had broke my knee. They are friendly helpful and courteous. I’m a bigger lady and was worried a brace wouldn’t fit. But they made me feel at ease always letting me know they can adjust anything. Told me to call if I had any problem once I was home. Highly recommend.

The older gentleman that does the fitting is great and very sweet. But overall, it seems like front desk ladies are socially awkward. Conversation to get anything done is like pulling teeth, but everyone is nice if you can get around the people skills that need work.

I fractured my upper humerus and had extreme anxiety about broken bones to begin with: the staff were incredibly patient, helpful, welcoming, and kind. Their brace reduced my arm pain by 70-90%. Absolutely recommend.

The clinician was friendly at the fitting, but BEWARE - BE SURE TO ASK ABOUT PRICING. I was shocked. Also I was offended by the patronizing letter I received from their Patient Account Coordinator. I hope I am never in need of their services because I REFUSE to return.
