I went to this place when there was no other customers in line. The guy behind the counter seemed distracted when I asked him how much more Id be charged for shipping, because my box went over its weight limit. He told me dont worry about it, theyll charge you if they need to. So I handed the box to him, and he put it in the USPS pile. A few days later the recipient stated that USPS was demanding 30 bucks for them to receive the package, which they refused to pay. I lost a customer because of your negligence. I was willing to pay and even asked about extra shipping costs. Please go to a post office instead future customers, to avoid losing money and business like I did.

Website clearly states the offer house key copy making but they do not know how to properly work the equipment and make them backwards then make you feel stupid for pointing out that the keys were clearly copied backwards and refund you and send you to mcklennon to make them properly. I can clearly look at the keys and see the sides were copied backward from each other tried telling her but she didnt want to hear that. Mcklennon made them with the sides copied on the proper sides and both keys work fine. They should not falsely advertise a service they dont even know how to provide properly. Thats not cool.

The staff was professional and friendly. They have everything available from packaging, envelopes pretty colors and more. My family uses their services all the time.

Best just go to the courier you want to use instead. Save the money.

If you want to get ripped off, this is the store for you!! A friend mailed me a package that was supposed to be either FedEx or UPS, whichever was cheaper. (Most of the time if you go to those places themselves, the cost is much cheaper!) She looked at the receipt after returning home, and they had sent it USPS, which we didnt want! Called them and for an additional fee, they sent it UPS!! Thankfully the package arrived, but you can bet neither of us will ever use their services again. (The options for no stars isnt available!!)

This place is The Best !! The woman who works there, Betsy, is the best in the business. She is amazing, nice, friendly, and is easy to deal with. She knows everything there is to know. Love her !!!

Very friendly staff, but dishonest to the core. Package theft is rampant, and never investigated by the owner. I actually believe based on numerous interactions with him, that the owner encourages package theft and may even profit from it. He gets a gleam in his eye when explaining to a customer that they refuse to be accountable for mishandled, lost or stolen packages even when signed for by employees just before they magicly disappear.Dont use them! Its safer to leave you packages unattended on your porch!

They are not expert professional packers. Kelsey has total disregard for handmade crochet items. She just twists and crams item haphazardly into a box that you can visually see is too small for the item. She is rude and obnoxious and sincerely needs some customer service education. This is not my first encouter with her rude cusomer service. I personally wont be using mail plus if she is at the counter. I gave her a pass the first time, everyone has a bad day. But she is consistent in her rude and slovenly attitude. She cares more for her cup of starbucks coffee than waiting on the customer.

I paid $298 to ship a package valued at $1500 via fed ex overnight containing a chilled specimen vial that was garunteed to be good for 3-5 days. When my package was received it was completely opened. The box inside of the box was opened as well. I contacted Betsy (Store Mgr) immediately to inform her of the issue and *she informed me it was between FedEx and myself and that she could not help me*. Upon investing by the claims department FedEx immediately admitted they were at fault and issued my refund to Mail Plus and advised me that that have had my refund for 2 whole weeks already. Nobody at mail plus bothered to inform me either. Once I made contact with Betsy she said I was wondering when you were going to come get it, but I have to contact the owner, a school teacher to get him to issue the refund. Ill call you back this afternoon: I never heard from her. A couple of days go by and I called Betsy at mail plus again. And she informed me that Mail Plus would be keeping 50% of my refund!!!!!! Because it wasnt their fault....... NO IM THE CUSTOMER IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!!!!!!! Betsy has continued to cuss and yell at me even with how patient AND POLITE I have been with her refusing to help me in any shape form or fashion. IT IS NOW THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER AND I SHIPPED THIS PACKAGE ON JUNE 2, 2017. I am appalled on how unprofessional Betsy has been and how foul she has talked to me. It doesnt take a rocket scientist her appearance and demeanor scream Scum and a very HARD life if you understand what Im saying. I have made a complaint with the better business bureau which is still active and will be contacting the attorney generals office today. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SHIP ANYTHING FOR YOU. Do not trust them to value you as their customer! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! AND I CAN ONLY HOPE THE OWNER ISNT ACTUALLY IN ON THIS DISGUSTING TREATMENT OF HIS CUSTOMERS. I will be cross posting this complaint and my receiver of my package will be making his complaints very soon. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!

Beware-went to this place to avoid lines at the post office, they charge four dollars plus postage to mail a package. And they don’t tell you about that up charge! Complete rip off!

Not going back.there..told our recipient everything in the box that we sent and some things are missing. Cannot trust anyone.

My husband went to send something back to me that I need and he went to this place he paid for it to be here the next day now it is two days later and still nothing I went in to check the tracking on it and it shows that there was a label done but does not show where it is it is almost like it was never mailed out. i will not have him mail anything from there again.
