I am new to WA and staying at an AirBnB with no laundry facilities. I looked online and found one close in Buckley but it didnt have great reviews and some said it was dirty. I asked my neighbor which one she goes to and she recommended Legacy and said the same thing about the one in Buckley. Legacy was super clean, and Pam the employee was even cleaning while I was there. She also gave me a credit for a speed wash (15 min wash instead of 30) so I didnt have to wait. The one I was using was plugged up so the soap didnt reach my laundry. $3.75 for regular wash, $6.75 for larger washes, and dry is $0.25 for 6 minutes and it only took maybe 36-42 to completely dry my large loads. For about $22 I probably did 5-6 loads total. SCORE! Lots of great places to eat too in the strip mall theyre located. I will definitely be coming back. :)

Good location and lots a machine to get all your laundry done very clean business were always sleeping and mopping

As everybody says it is clean. Prices a little higher than i prefer but easy to pay with credit card. One TRICK to watch out for is when you put your clothes in the UPPER LEVEL DRYERS and then swipe your credit card on the LEFT-side machine youre actually paying for the LOWER DRYER. the arrows are NOT very obvious so I ended up swiping my credit card too many times and got more minutes than I needed until I realized I was paying for the lower dryer. In MOST places the LEFT hand coin slot is for the upper dryer & the RIGHT hand side is for the lower dryer. Here it is the opposite 👎

Best laundry mat experience I have had my whole life. Its clean its in a nice area and has everything you need there. The machines are all open and working great and there was absolutely nothing bad i could say about it. Glad we are close by will be doing laundry here regularly

Clean machines that take card, polite staff. I’ve been to a lot of laundromats and this is by far the cleanest one I’ve ever seen. Like it’s hospital spotless and always smells like lemon.

This is my favorite place to do laundry. Its always clean and the girls are very friendly. I love the fact that they take debit cards so you dont have to lug a bunch of quarters around. Its nice to have the strip mall to burn time also.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the laundromat and the friendliness of the assistant. Brenda was very helpful to this first timer and treated me with kindness and respect. She gave this novice instructions and at the same time was decorating for Valentines Day and washing and drying other peoples clothes. BTW my very large comforter washed and dried in record time. All in all a great experience!

I have been chastised twice here by the attendent..once for leaving my car in front for too long (mind you, I am disabled), & the person who she then had use it was not. After I moved my car, the driver came over & apologized. Today, as well as many other days, when I arrived there was a van in front, with a baby in a car seat. 40 minutes later, the van was still there with the baby in it, no adult. Next time I will notify the police. The other instance was when I didnt get my wash out quickly enough, so she put in a bag she had & handed it to me when I walked in & said here, this is a clean bag, as I shouldnt use my dirty bag. I got 1/2 way to my car & her bag broke & my clean laundry went all over the parking lot. Nicely, 3 people came over & helped me. (I forgot about a 3rd instance involving my cane.) She is quite rude to me always. I am a 72 y/o retired RN & know what sarcasm & rudeness is. Use this place only if you cannot go to another!

I will make this my laundry center from now on. I walked in and was greeted by the attendant, Brenda, who disinfected the 4 washers I was about to use, helped me pay/turn on, then helped again when it was time to dry--and even helped me get everything back to my car. The place was spotlessly clean, every washer & dryer gets a disinfectant wipedown between loads. There were no loiterers, no waiting for baskets, good music, and great staffers!

So clean, always an attendant or two on board, and extremely nice customer service. Definitely would recommend!

My husband loves legacy laundry and drives extra distance to go to this laundry mat. Newer machines all work well. The attendant Dallas was excellent, helpful, and keeps the place spotless.

The place is always clean theres always somebody in attendant here working so if you have any matters it can be taken care of right away.

We started coming to this facility in June 2020. We LOVE it. So clean and the staff is always ready to help. They offer Wifi and fluff and fold. Ive also saved money by going here instead of the laundry mat at my apts.

Not too crowded, location isnt the best if you have a lot of laundry the parking lot is busy from other places in the strip mall and its hard to find a close parking spot but they have a designated spot along the curb for unloading/loading so if you use that it isnt bad

The female attendant, white middle aged extremely short slightly chubbier, is very RUDE and inconsiderate to the customers. Too busy gossiping with her coworkers to help me. Then got massive attitude. Discussed inappropriate things infront of customers and at work in general.

Last year one of the dryers ripped a few of my sheets and the owner immediately took care of it, it happened again last week and now states it wasnt his dryer. Very dissapointed, I sent pictures and even my receipts. Very clean place and the girls are really nice. Then maybe you should check the washer I used. My towels were also damaged. All of them had threads that were pulled.

Some people there were inconsiderate and also equal amount of washers and dryers which created a wait time to both wash and dry smh

I havent had to go to a laundromat for 25 yrs but due to a house fire I had no option. I found Legacy by chance and am so glad I did. My 1st visit clinched it for me. Dallas was working and made the trip an actual pleasure. Ill be going there for the duration until my house is repaired which will be 6-8 months. He is a true asset to your business.And it is so clean. I felt completely safe being there KUDOS DALLAS!!!!

Love this Place! It is taken care of really well and is very clean. Policy is you cannot dry clothes unless they were washed there, also they close at 7pm at least today, so in order to give plenty of time to complete your laundry dont try to come in after 5:30pm.

If it wasnt for the immaculateness, I would be giving 1 star. I love clean places that are not usually known for being clean. Pretty sure Im a bit OCD about it sometimes! Anyways, the debit card machine on my washer charged me twice, and there werent any instructions so I had to wing it. I still have to dispute the charge with them..and it may actually be operator error. If thats the verdict I will update my review to 5 stars. If not, I sincerely hope they post easy to follow debit card instructions to keep anyone else from being charged twice.*****UPDATE 01/14/21*****Okay so I am a firm believer of trying something at least twice, even if it means I return with my tail tucked between my legs....Soooo anyway, I am definitely a satisfied customer this time.(I had a bad attitude while writing the first review and I really think a bad attitude is fuel for a bad review.) I had no problem with paying since I was wise and went the quarter route. I cant believe how clean this place is! So glad I gave it another shot! The first time was a learning experience. I want to start by saying Im very impressed, especially now. There are plenty of machines, huge dryers, and its very well priced. And most importantly, they require masks, and as I sit here and wait, there is an employee walking along and cleaning the outside of every dryer and the inside of the currently unused ones. She also runs the washers in between uses.Its not the most comfortable place to hang out and wait, but there is plenty in the area if you want to wander, and WiFi and vending for those who dont.Overall impressive.

This laundromat is clean, well run and there is someone always available to help. They have free WiFi. You can use debit cards to pay for the machines. There is plenty of shopping near by.

This place is great. They keep it clean and the best part is that the machines take debit card. Nice not having to carry around a bunch of quarters. There are also quite a few food options in the strip mall so you can grab a bite while laundry is washing or drying.

I have been using this laundromat since they opened. It is the cleanest place around with the best equipment (that I know of). There is always an attendant on premises; which I love, but my usual Sunday lady (Diane?) got her schedule change and I miss her smiling face, just not the same without her. Diane is always eager to help and sometimes I think she takes money from her own pocket to give you a quarter when the machine eats yours.The only issue I have is the load/unloading. I do laundry every two weeks and everything gets heavy. I like to be able to pull up to the front door, drop off my baskets and go park. Can be done in under 2 minutes. But 90% of the time, some inconsiderate person decides to use that spot as “princess parking” and they do not move their car. I have called the owners and nothing gets done about it. There needs to be a sign that says “5 minute load/unload only” and it needs to be enforced. The attendant needs to speak up and make the person move and have the authority to call a tow truck when they don’t.

Laundromat hours say open till 7 pm. Walk in at 545 to just wash 2 loads. The guy tells us we had to have in by 530. I said Im only washing n leaving. Not drying. He told me I couldnt. You will never see a dime or referral from us.

Clean friendly and safe

I come here weekly since it saves me money, but sadly I’m going to have to find somewhere else. The last 4-5 times I’ve been here I cannot sit in their waiting chairs without being swarmed with knats and flies.I know what you’re thinking, it’s just me..but it’s not.Today I sat down next to a elderly woman who every 30 seconds or so would swat them away or smack her arms & legs trying to get them away.I got up and walked over to the machine I was occupying while I waited for the washer to finish.I tried to call the contact number or find a contact form on the website so it didn’t have to come to leaving a review, but this seems to be the only platform to post any feedback. I really hope they do something about this because other than that, it’s a great laundromat.

Clean, inexpensive, good customer service, big dryers and washers, rarely broken machines. Bathroom a little funky. Im in a wheelchair and with much maneuvering was able to use. But not an easy task. No TV, nothing to entertain kids. So I dont recommend bringing kids with you.

Great place to go if you dont want to use your own washer for soiled outside rags, gloves, pillows, etc.One of the staff attendants (dont remember her name) was very helpful when it appeared to be too much soap and the items didnt rinse well.A little pricey on some of the washers... but the place was well kept and clean.

For one thing this place is open till 930 which is really nice. Its super clean and well lit. Unloading is a little awkward as you have to park kind of in a fire zone and then unload your laundry and then move your car and then go back to load up but the people in there more than make up for it. They are super nice and very helpful. The last time I was in there I had 3 big loads to do. When I was done, I was loading up wet clothes to take home to dry, and I had spilled some soap in my laundry basket. The lady who was cleaning up came right over when she saw that I was looking to ask where a napkin or something was and she came right over with her rag and cleaner and wiped the basket out for me. It was like very thoughtful. Thats the kind of thing that makes me go back to place! Plus I like that you can use a card as payment.

I have been coming here for about 2 years but lately I’ve noticed some changes and my favorite attendant Brenda has been gone . This place is not as clean and neat vs when she’s here, everything is always clean and she accommodates your needs will also help you with your laundry if you need it !

Great facility, super clean, newer machines take debit cards, super friendly staff, I absolutely was floored as to how this laundromat has changed since I was last in it serveral years ago, its probably been 10 years for me. Everything was great, thank you. Although I came in to wash my brand-new oversized king down comforter, Im sad because after it was done drying, it smelled bad, like dirty water or....I dont know what. I even used 2 bounce and I didnt smell any trace of bounce. Anyways, thank you for the nice facilities to be able to wash what I cannot do at home. 😊👍🏽

I love the laundromat. It is the cleanest and most well kept one I have ever been to, and we have traveled the country for decades. There is one staff member in particular who is always cheerful and helpful. We are there usually every few weeks. She has short sandy-colored hair and is an older lady who never fails to answer our questions and steps in to help when she sees us looking confused about something. Its not the closest laundromat to our home, but the best one, so always worth going to.

This place is amazing, my old laundry mat burned down and decided to come here . The attendant today was so patient and helpful with me. They also accept credit cards made things much easier . She even Offered help with my laundry baskets and showed me laundry hacks . My new fave laundry mat . Everyone Gotta try this place .

I needed to use the commercial washer. I was surprised how clean this place is. The attendant was very nice and helpful. She takes pride in her work and it shows. She never stopped working and tidying up the whole time I was there! Don’t go anywhere else!

This place is very nice. It is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location isnt bad at all. The machines are new and nice. My clothes were washed/dried thoroughly with no issues and the machines are pretty quick too. Even the other customers were friendly or kept to themselves. Would reccomend if you are looking for a quiet place to get your laundry done.

I like to come here on Sunday mornings to wash my clothes because the place is very clean, I come from California and I have never seen a place so clean...There is a very nice and sweet girl ... she looks very hardworking and smiling ... she is attentive to the clients. although there are many people... she know how to work in all if I could put 10 stars I would

I visit this place once a week but today was a very odd day . I love all the ladies that work here but today the older lady sat here complaining about how she dislikes her job and causing a whole lot of drama that is uncalled for . I think she needs to keep some things to her self or take it to management. We come here to wash not to hear her complain . BUT aside from that legacy laundry is hands down the cleanest and best laundry mat in Washington!

I would love to give this place a 5 star rating... Because typically I go when Dianne is working. However, Ive had other experiences not quite as pleasant with other staff. First, Im thankful they have a staff at all. Most places do not even offer that type of help. The other staff tend to be rude and seem to be inconvenienced when asked anything or to be helpful as Im used to with Dianne. Thank you for reading... Great place... Loyalty card reader didnt work on 1 of 4 washers used. If this is all you know then it may be a good price. I feel they are way overpriced. $5.75 for a supposed 4.5 load machine that I guarantee you couldnt 2.5 loads in. $3.00 for 2 load washer probably right in line in price. Dryers .25 for 6 min is normal.

When they first opened I left my child support debit card in a machine. My phone number was unlisted so he owner did detective work and found and called my parents and I was able to pick it up rather than wait weeks for a new one... I appreciated it so much!!! Its always super clean and machines actually work...

I love how clean this laundry mat is . Convenient location and some nice attendants . In exception to The older gal here she is rude and impatient when I asked a question about the washers she seemed bothered . I called the number to make a complaint and no-one Answered. The older Gal needs to retire because She obviously doesn’t wanna work or is too old to work .

Legacy laundry is literally the best! I washed my clothing here this morning . The laundry attendant was spectacular she went above and beyond . She helped me out with detergent And quarters water temperature and explained what each washer does. I believe her name is Brenda ? . I won’t even bother replacing my washer and dryer thank you legacy laundry .

Machines work amazing they take coins or debit . However the gals working here last night gave me such a nasty attitude when they noticed I had quite a bit of clothing to Wash. Gossiping about customers is just not right. Made me feel weird and uncomfortable . The blond lady I believe she said she’s the owner needs to fix her attitude before she looses more Customers . I took a 30 min drive but most likely will stick to doing laundry near my house.

Very clean this laundry í congratulate the girl who Works Sunday in the morning.. i needed help she helped me in all the time, is always cleaning.. i was thinking of goin to another laundry .. but today í wanted to treat here and very friendly staff,. i will come more often, í feel the comment its late.. but i did not want to miss this.. Ive used laundromats living in 3 different states, and this the cleanest one Ive ever found! The staff is constantly cleaning! Its well lit and has reasonable hours. I wish there were more 6 load washers because the four they have are always in demand, but the other sizes are plentiful. Throughout some recent changes in the roster of staff members, Ive always been treated respectfully as a customer. I also like that they are always playing pop rock from the 60s and 70s; its fun to see some of the most unlikely customers humming along!

My washer broke and I was nerveous about going to a public laundromat. However as soon as I walked in this place it was spotless squeaky clean and the gal there was super helpful and nice . It was a busy Tuesday night but she still managed to keep the whole place clean. I will definitely be back !

Always clean. Friendly staff large capacity machines.they have a lot of washer and dryers. They keep them clean and well maintained. Several choices of payment. Debit cash or laundry card you can load. They also have a laundry service. You can drop off and pick up. Affordable.

This place is amazing! Brand new, great machines, so clean, so fast. The other stores in town are either filthy, or there arent enough machines which means wed have to wait for a long time before we could finish our chores. Legacy Laundry has it all; plenty of machines, and fair prices. Definitely recommend this to all who have a need.

I come here once a week and the things the owner allows to happen here is unacceptable. Today when I walked in the whole place smelled like cat urine and must . There was a guy in there washing about 30 blankets with pee Urine . He told me himself . I don’t think this should be allowed . Cats and dogs blankets should be washed somewhere else . All the customers seemed bothered by his strong smell as well .

Very clean, the attendant was very helpful as I’d not been here before. Will come again if I need a machine larger than my home machine.

My only complaint is people who hoard the empty baskets or put all their supplies in there so no one else can use them. They either need more baskets or make a policy. I understand if someone has clothes in there and is folding them. It is the ones with the cart hoarding it while they are washing or drying. Otherwise this place ia great and they need more Dianes. I see less and less of her which is unfrotunate because she is the most helpful of all of them.

This is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been in! Its so nice to find a place you can go to and not worry about the floor or units being all nasty 😷! When a person is working, they even wash out the washers after you get done using one. Id recommend this place every time! Another customer asked me to add a review for her also, since she doesnt know how, so this comes from 2 customers at one time!!

My washer went out at home. This extremely nice woman I think she said her name was Diane?? She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Showed me how to use the machines . And told me how to get a stain out of my new favorite hoodie. So until I get my washer repaired I will definitely use this place. She made a bad situation much better !

When I saw other reviews praising how clean and nice this place is I had to try it. Needed to wash my California King Comforter and the sweet lady who works there helped in every aspect. Next time I need to wash a big item I will return for sure.

I have been coming to this laundromat for about a year now . I usually come Sunday or Monday morning the gal working here today impressed me so much . Everything was so spotless clean I didn’t have to worry about looking for a clean dryer or washer . She’s so smiley and happy i hate doing laundry but it made my visit even more pleasant .

Despite of all the negative reviews, I noticed a nice attendant working today getting every washer and dryer cleaned after each customer used it. She was really nice greeted everyone that came in the door and even gave me tips on getting the moldy smell off my clothes . Whehhh it was a busy Monday morning but she still managed to keep the place squeeky clean . I’ll definitely be returning!

Legacy laundry used to be my favorite . Unfortunately, I had a very rude older blond lady that just started working there make comments about me to other customers and I overheard her saying I was slow at folding and how she wanted to be off early but since I’m slow that was not going to be possible . All the other attendants have been really sweet and kind besides her. Very disappointed.

First time here was great. This is my 2nd time. No attendant entire time, many dryers would not work using my debit card (they were dryers that were supposed to), someone spilled detergent on the floor and wiped it with a paper towel which made the floor very slick and I almost fell hard. Lost $1.50 in the trying to get a dryer to work chaos. Otherwise, it is cleaner than most laundromats.

Clean sanitary and the worker (jamie) was very attentive and helped out when i got stuck in the restroom.

This is/was a great place to do laundry. There was a Hispanic woman attendant that did a great job of keeping the entire place clean and I was sad to see her not there the last time I was in. I know she said she was going back home for awhile and might be back. I sincerely hope she will be back!

The place is clean, the washers dont smell, the price isnt bad. My one complaint was a tweaker customer who kept coming up to me kinda frightening to be honest. The staff sat in the back on their phones throughout my visit.

This is the best laundromat within 20 miles. Theyre clean, fast, & modern. You have the option to pay for your laundry with coin, credit card, or a reward card that earns you FREE washes. If your in the area, and need to do laundry THIS IS THE PLACE!

Best laundry mat Ive been to. There is almost always a helpful cheerful attendant there to help you or answer questions and they are ALWAYS cleaning! The place always looks clean and is in well running order. The price is comparable to other laundry mats. It may be #.50-$1.00 more per load than some places, but well worth it because of the cleanliness and to know that your clothes will be sure and get cleaned properly.They do have drop off laundry services for a per pound fee. Because others are catching on as to your great this place is, it gets busy at popular times. You can always call and ask when the best times to go are.

Sheila was on staff (yes, they have someone on staff to help out and clean up) and she didnt stop cleaning and helping customers the whole time I was there. Extra perks: you can use credit or debit cards (even contactless payment), so you dont have to stress about quarters and they have free WiFi.

This review is solely based on my first and only visit as of now. Stacy that works there is kind. The place was well taken care of. The prices were good. Clean. Dryers work great. They have a drop off service which I did not use. There is a bathroom and free WiFi. The door doesnt close all the way so Stacy had to keep walking over to close it but she did not complain. There could be more seating for when it gets busy but I went on a Thursday afternoon so there was only a few people. I would return here.

It was AMAZING. I had terrible experiences with South Hill (washer destroyed my sons coat, dirty, very few baskets and they were rusty ect.) but THIS laundry mat is awesome. It was spotless, everything maintained, happy attendant, restroom for your little ones, large folding area, even the people that were washing were nicer. We will defiantly be back.

I im going to rate this a 5 because the washers are really clean. the only thing that i dont like is the old lady she is very rude the last time i came there the old lady said that we cant put in powder soap in the washer so my grandma and i went to the store and bought liquid soap when we went back the old lady was mad with us when we came back.
