Recently brought my engagement ring in with the hopes of adding a wedding band. Well, I just picked it up yesterday and we reset the whole thing! I kept my original main stone but changes everything else. Je was so helpful and incredibly kind about what styles would work best with the specific stylistic choices I wanted. We took an old ring here to make our wedding bands. We used the stone for my wedding band and my husband used the ring for his! She really understood our vision, offered top notch ideas, and helped it come to life! The rings are stunning and we got them back quickly. I am seeing her again soon to work on some of my great grandmas crystal jewelry. She was so easy to vibe with and is was so much easier and affordable than we though!

I bought an unusual ring for my MIL at an antique store and the center stone fell out the first time she wore it. I brought a piece of jewlery that very well could have started life in a gumball machine for all I know, to Je Kaerene Jewelers - Puyallup asking for help, and they poured their heart and soul into it as if I brought them something from Tiffanys. They replaced the pink Topaz and reinforced the unique natural turquoise stones that were near falling out as well. I am so pleased with their service, I will now be taking all my fine jewelry there when it needs to be serviced and cleaned. Amazing experience. My son, who is out of state, wanted to create an engagement ring for his girlfriend that used diamonds from his Grandmother’s ring (who passed away 5 years ago). My combination of engagement, wedding band and 1st year anniversary rings had been smashed in a door while on my hand and had been told by 2 places it was unfixable. Then my husband passes away.
