Party City is always a blast...how could you not like visiting? Downfall was I checked online for my products and said that they were in stock, once I arrived, the isle looked cleaned out of the products so had to go with completely different stuff. Otherwise, its clean, follows Covid protocol well and staff seemed helpful

I have never posted a poor review before and consider myself pretty easy going but I felt like if my review can help another child avoid a disappointing birthday, it will be worth the effort. If you want your birthday boy or girl to have a happy birthday, do not rely on Party City.Very poor experience with Sam at the local Puyallup store and Raymond at corporate Party City. Offered refund and apology after making promise after promise to make things right. Failed to deliver balloon bouquet and other party favor. Apologies and refunds don’t erase a child’s disappointment. Apologies appear to be their business model. Promise everything, deliver little and apologize for the rest. Very unhappy with their response.

The team was very helpful and efficient. They took my Ballon order and made sure I will be able to pick it up on the day I asked for it.

Balloon bundle I purchased was not tied together properly at pick up so 2 balloons flew away immediately & the remaining 13 fell to the ground within 7 hours of getting them home. 😡😢 Im giving them 2 stars instead of 0 because the employee who helped me was fantastic!!

They did wonderful on my balloons !! Very sweet customer service, helped me out a lot and helped me choose great ideas !! Most definitely coming back again . Prices are fair as well and amazing deals with balloons .

Last 3 balloon orders have either been done wrong or missing certain balloons, and the latest experience was a prepaid order pick up for 10am that I had to wait for until 10:45 before running out the door to the party. Might be looking for balloons somewhere else next time...

They did not have in store what showed it to be online. I called and was told so, drove 40 minutes to no avail. Very disappointing. They also need more staff as it takes too long to check out. Oh, and this must be discontinued or re worded! Offensive indeed. Smh

Great selection of party themes for all ages. I placed a balloon order and the associate was very helpful and helped me create the perfect bunch of balloons for my daughters multiple themed 2nd birthday party!

This is a good place for Halloween costumes, or party stuff. The staff is friendly, and usually can help you find something if you are not sure what exactly you are looking for. This specific location is pretty average, but has some nice wide aisles which is great during busy times.

Lakewood store has the best manager Jen. She is so helpful and has such a bright spirit. She is very approachable and helpful. The store did not have the quantity of flutes that we needed for our event. She volunteered to help find in a nearby town in a sister store what we needed and had the product put on hold.

This place was sad. I watched an associate not be able to make a cash return because he didnt have $80 in the till. I was the second person in line and just needed some cups and no one was able to ring me up because no one was able to figure out how to make the return. Either grab the money from the safe or shut the place down. Ended up buying all my supplies from Amazon.

Good selection and fast checkout speed. The store was reasonably priced and they even gave me a coupon code even though I didnt have a coupon with me. That was a nice added surprise I wasnt expecting. Will come again next time I need to go costume shopping.

This store has a great selection of products, but the best time of year is Halloween which pretty much takes over the store. A lot of the things are very expensive that you can get at the dollar store or Walmart cheaper, but the convenience factor is what counts here. I took a star off because the Isles are very cramped and its very hard for handicap people to maneuver around. Also the sales clerk was not very helpful, and told us we could purchase candy for the dollar we needed just spend three times after telling him we dont eat it at all

Pretty convenient place to get things for parties, and school spirit days, with several color selections for decorating. I have been able to find what I am looking for almost each visit.

They dont have the costume I was looking for but the people are really nice I recommend going here for Halloween or for birthdays

Almost annoying how much stuff they have here. There is more party stuff that I have never even thought to have at a party than I ever imagined possible, and its all amazing. The staff was super friendly and eager to help us find what we needed and no body gave us a hard time when our three small daughters wanted to test everything out.

I walked around and selected Polynesian plates,napkins, decorations and a birthday balloons for my mothers 86th Birthday party.The staff at the cash register was busy filling balloons for a young mom and her little daughter. The staff let me know she would be with me shortly. So I waited.Another customer came up to the cash register.She asked the staff how long the balloons would stay inflated. The staff answered her question and started ringing up her basket full of items.I took my items out of my cart, set them on the counter and told the staff, thank you for not helping me. I left.I really dont want to go back in there.

Lots of fun stuff and very friendly helpful staff. Even though they didnt have what i was looking for (its been impossible to find demon teeth lol) we still had a lot of fun and got some items for our house!Different items than spirit Halloween so if you need another place to check out go here!Ps, its great year round but i went here for Halloween specifically :)

You can get pretty much everything you need for almost any party except for food and drink. Fairly reasonable prices. Some things are a little over priced seeing as everything in the store is cheap china goods. Service is surprisingly good.

Nice store. A bit crowed and lines were long. Opening another registered would of helped. But maybe it was just a rush. Nice sales associates. Will return for future parties.

Shopping for some 1st birthday things for my daughters and I will say they had a good variety of things to choose from. We found totos and tiaras for our twin girls and large (24) balloons!!!

I love this store! Its perfect for any of your party needs. The prices are fair and the selection is vast. The center isle of the store is dedicated to accommodate any of your party favor needs, escpecially of those pertinent to children. With sparkly and glittery trinkets and sugary and sour delights of every playfull color surely to make your mouth water, you will feel like a young child arriving at the birthday party youve been impatiently waiting for. I only rated four stars due to the fact that the last time I was in the store a couple came in to have their balloons they had pre-ordered for a birthday party filled with helium. the store could not accommodate them because they did not have any helium. I did not think that was fair as they had already paid in advance, only to be left having to pay again elsewhere to have their balloons filled. Definitely not something I would want to deal with so close to the party I was planning at crunch time!

This store is awful. The employees are mean and snappy. All. Of. Them. None of them believe in working...no matter what the line is.The products are over priced. I paid extra for 24 hr balloons. ... and in 8 hours they are dead.I cant stand this place. Everything about it sucks!!!!

All the workere are very nice and helpful even suggesting alternative locations or rival stores if they are unable to meet your needs at the moment due to being out of stock. Thats just genuine care for customers right there.Dont hesitate to check them out though they have a ton of selection for every events needs and often have seasonal sales.
