It started off just a hearing test. I was surprised at the difference with the hearing aids, I never realized how much I actually needed. Debs was incredible, so kind and understanding, she really knows how to make people feel at ease and knows her job. Thank you Debs.

Amazing customer service, Deb is nothing short of wonderful! I wore hearing aids about 20 years ago and didn’t like them, so I hardly wore them. I was a real sceptic when it came to getting new ones. I was worried about not fitting correctly with my glasses, wind noise and the hassle of wearing heating aids. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The fit is great and my hearing now is phenomenal. The Aids I purchased are Bluetooth enabled so I can hear my phone calls directly into my hearing aids. Amazing. Also I can’t thank Deb enough, she is patient, kind, understanding, and honest. She’ll make you feel welcome, and you will soon see her number one goal is improving your lifestyle through better hearing. Since getting my new aids I feel better about driving again, we can watch T.V. Without the sound blaring, and with digital control on my hearing aids I can adjust thewhich microphones are used for a better hearing experience. My only regret is not getting them sooner. My wife is also very pleased, we can now converse at a regular volume and the words “ huh” & “what” are hardly used anymore. I highly recommend Truhear hearing aids.

I have never had a hearing aid before. I was nervous, but Deb was calming, reassuring and very, very helpful. She turned me on and I am born anew. Thank you, Deb. She explained the various devices and I told her the one I wanted. She went on line and got the information on the one I wanted and worked with my insurance and helped me with everything. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Their hearing aids are way over priced. She wouldnt set my hearing aids for me because I didnt buy them from her. I paid 3,089$ for my new pair the same pair she wanted 5800$ for. The first time I went there to have my hearing aids cleaned she used a can of air to clean them. I couldve done that at home. Not normally how you clean them. All honesty I will never ever go back to these ungrateful overpriced thieves.
