I asked Leroy Surveyors to survey a 5 acre wooded parcel I purchased and had concerns about encroaching neighbors. They completed the job timely and completely displayed on the survey great details and measurements of any and all questionable areas for recording with county. Thanks for the prompt, professional work!

Very easy to work with. Accommodating to my special circumstances. Did a great job designing the perfect septic system to replace my old failed system. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again if ever the need arises. Thank you!

This was a very unprofessional company to work with. I paid my survey bill in full 5 months ago and two weeks ago, I received an invoice saying I was past due and owed more money for a total of $2300. I never received a single statement from them and believed I was paid in full. I paid by credit card when the bookkeeper called for payment to do the survey. Nice surprise! After a long discussion which went nowhere, I ended up paying the balance, which they claimed I owed. I have good credit, so having to worry about my credit being damaged, I paid it. There was no signed contract nor a receipt for the initial payment. Very poor bookkeeping practices and extremely poor communication. I would definitely not recommend this company...ever!

Basically ditto to every bad review on this company. I wish I had done my research before choosing. Their business ethics are highly questionable and they lack genuine integrity. They have zero follow through on what they say. I would recommend securing better representation for your business.

Very good Service. Having Leroy come out and do a property line survey on my 5 acres actually solved a little border dispute I was having with a neighbor (his surveyor was wrong :) ). Fast, affordable and I will definitely use them again.

My family recently purchased a property in Pierce County to build our next home on. We needed a Septic Design and a Stormwater/Site Plan for it. We were referred to Leroy Surveyors and Engineers, specifically Bill Creveling for the Septic Design and Kim Hinds for the Stormwater/Site Plan.They both did a fantastic job!! They were great to work with. The fees were all disclosed up-front and were reasonable for the work involved. (We even got a partial refund as some of the previously done work on a septic design for the previous owner was able to be used, so they passed on the savings to me.) Communications were great all the way through the process. I checked in with them, they checked in with me to give me updates.I would recommend them highly and I look forward to inviting them to our house warming party once our house is complete!

Great customer service from start to finish.I called in on a Monday to get a Record of Survey and the Survey crew was out on my property that Wednesday. Job was complete within a week, and under budget.JB

These people are crooks! They gave me a $3,000 quote for them to help my mark houses property lines! They are crazy if they think Im going to pay that.

Worst customer service ever.... everytime i try to go in there the people are fighting..... its like a damn soap opra rather than a buisness.....

This place has the worst customer service and their billing is so inaccurate. Told one thing on the phone, continued to receive bills that were incorrect. Our final bill was double what the original estimate we agreed upon was and we never recieved a phone call to notify us of the increase. Do not use them!!!

Extremely incompetent. Buyer beware of their billing practice. Keep receiving invoices with no explanation of services performed. They do not respond to emails questioning the billing. A physical letter with proof of payments was sent to their office with no response...just keep sending the same invoice with accumulating finance charges.....BUYER BEWARE!!!

Like the other reviewers have mention, very, very, very poor customer service. Made a payment but no receipt. They keep charging for the same thing over and over. Been requesting proof of work done, nothing so far. If you want to save some headache go somewhere else.
