My autistic son has been coming to SK Family Dental for the last few years. Before I brought him here it was a fight at the dentist but at SK Family Dental they respect his needs and they communicate with him really well. They make sure he is comfortable and aware and they go out his case. He is comfortable at the dentist now and remembers on his own that it is time to go back for another visit. I truly appreciate the way they work with him!I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they work with me just as well. They tell me what is going to happen and allow me to use headphones to block out some of the sensation.My husband and daughter also like coming to the dentist now that we are at SK Family Dental.

Honestly the best dental office in the Puget Sound Area. NO 🧢.Spoke with the lovely front desk staff— Nancy, to help get my sister in for some tooth pain that’s been bothering her for the past week and the was able to get her in for Same Day Treatment. Dr kwon & the back staff are so friendly and accommodating. They make the trips to the dentist so easy and stress free. Dr Kwon and staff provide excellent care and there is usually a very short wait time in the office. When I broke a tooth I was hoping not to postpone treatment. The staff was very efficient at getting me into the office the next day for evaluation and temporary repair. I was scheduled two weeks out for a crown, but I was called the next day and asked if I wanted to fill a cancellation slot. My crown preparation was essentially painless. I highly recommend SK Family Dental, an energetic, dynamic and friendly business.

My most recent visit to the SK Dental clinic was amazing. My dental tech Sarah F. was great and Dr. Kwon was a very gentle touch. I highly recommend this office and team.

The staff at SK Family Dental are friendly and helpful. I have had to cancel an appointment because my daughter missed her flight and her appointment the next day. They were very understanding and helped me to reschedule her appointment. Their appointments are very detail oriented but fast depending on the type of service needed. Highly recommend.

I came to this place because I switched insurance plans and needed to find a new in network provider.I had my old dentist send x-rays to this dentist office, as they requested. On the day of my appointment I checked in, and the dental hygienist told me they needed to do 18 more x-rays because the ones the other office sent “wasn’t enough”. I told the hygienist she would have to be patient with me since I have a smaller mouth and my gag reflex usually acts up when doing the x-rays.The hygienist was very rough and impatient when doing my x-rays, causing me to gag multiple times to the point where I almost threw up.In a profession like this it’s important to make your patients feel comfortable, especially on a first impression. She made me extremely uncomfortable, I even considered walking out because of the way she was handling me.I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience doing x-rays at any other office except this one.After meeting the dentist, it was also not a good first impression. I told him I haven’t gotten a cleaning in about 2 years and would probably need a deep cleaning. His words, body language, and things he said me feel judged and unwelcome. He did not take his time to get to know my history, or even ask if I had any concerns or questions. It felt very rushed and almost like he didn’t want to talk to me.I scheduled the cleaning anyway with the intention of calling to cancel prior to the appointment date. My appointment is scheduled for tomorrow. I just received a call from them 20 minutes ago stating that they have to cancel my appointment tomorrow due to “staffing issues”. This appointment was scheduled weeks ago. Regardless of the fact that I was going to cancel it anyways, this is extremely unprofessional on their end. My experience with this office was 0/5, I would never go back to them. I went out of network and paid out of pocket instead.

I love coming to this dentist office!! The staff there are incredibly nice and compassionate as well as a caring team. Dr.Kwon is super nice and communicates very well and his work is nothing less than perfect. Nancy in the front desk is the literal best and adds to having a good experience at SK Family Dental. My first visit went really good. Dr. Kwon took the time to explain what work I needed in the future, and even showed me on the areas on my x-rays. I appreciated that! Great experience!

I had severe tooth pain so I called to set up an emergency appointment. I spoke with Nancy and she was empathetic of my pain, helpful, and very friendly. She managed to get me an appointment the next day and when I arrived I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Their whole staff was very welcoming and kind. I ended up having to get a root canal and then later came in for my permanent crown. So grateful they were able to see me as quickly as they did because I can eat and drink without pain. Thank you SK Family Dental!

Dr. Kwon is always so amazing whether it’s a simple cleaning or root canal. His assistant Keishauna is always so kind, making sure I’m always comfortable. I was recommended here by my insurance a few years ago, and love their service. Nancy with the front desk is always so helpful when I need to reschedule due to work or emergencies. I’ve sent many of my family here, cause they really treat you like family.

Came in for my routine cleaning that I hadn’t done in years because I was told last time, at a different office, I had the start of periodontal disease and had to have deep cleanings, but Dr Kwon’s office stated my teeth looked healthy and normal. I appreciated them not trying to take advantage of getting more money for a deep cleaning and being honest. Would recommend to any and everyone 🤗

But during the Covid virus I was in a lot of pain and these guys took me in and him and his awesome associates and eased my fear. I came to visit Dr Kwon because my tooth was becoming sensitive to cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful to get me an appointment. I was pregnant and they wanted to make sure i check with my doctor. They were very cautious and wanted to make sure my baby was safe. The appointment went well and they were very knowledgeable about how to help me.

The dental office was friendly and very thorough. In fact, they were more thorough than any other dentist I have been to. Just note they are only open three days a week.

Im very happy with this dentist. My previous dentist I had since I was a little kid and I always thought he was the best dentist out there. Since he retired I didnt think much of his replacement I started looking around for a new dentist. I ended up with this dentist because he was well reviewed and recommended by my insurance company. I have found this dentist very trustworthy and a very comfortable office to go to.

These guys are awesome! Had my first cleaning with them a couple weeks ago and was very pleased. Usually when I have my teeth cleaned at other places my gums are really sore and irritated for a couple days after the plaque scraping, making it really uncomfortable to chew. I was in zero pain after my visit here! They were super accommodating, friendly while being efficient and professional. 10/10 would recommend👌

All dentist are different, Dr. Kwon was more aggressive in his treatment than I prefer. I had to switch dentists due to an insurance change. I had no dental issues 6 months prior, but was now told I needed several fillings and 2 crowns. I didn’t feel good about the appointment so I decided to switch to a location closer to home. The new dentist cleaning resulted in the dentist seeing no need for any work to be done. It’s been 2 years and I’ve still needed no work and had no pain. SK Dental isn’t for me, but glad other people have had good experiences.

I went to SK yesterday for a regular cleaning and found out I needed a deep cleaning instead. Dr. K was able to get right side of my mouth deep cleaned and two fillings patch up with a little over one hour. This was a last minute request and I am very pleased with the work and their can do attitude. I am heading back on the 18th for my second half of the deep cleaning and I will report back later. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a small friendly but fast and result work done with their teeth!

Called yesterday around noon, got an appointment at 3 that same day! Got a follow up the next day! Let me just say that I am so impressed with this dentist! Friendly staff, and a great atmosphere overall! I will definitely be back!

I was here six months ago and the hygienist was very thorough with both her explanations as well as the cleaning. I recently had 2 cavities filled and Dr. Kwon was very professional as well as kind and patient. Was very pleased with the quality of dental care.

Daughter needed a route canal done and we have not seen Dr Kwon in a little over a year but the staff was gracious enough to return my call on a day off and was a able to come in next day to have him take a look and refer us out. Great staff and very friendly.

Dr. Kwon is the best dentist Ive ever seen! I was absolutely terrified to get my wisdom teeth out and couldnt afford to go to a surgeon and be put to sleep, so Dr. Kwon told me he could do it. Great. I enjoy Dr. Kwon and his staff. His attention to detail and concern for his patients is unmatched.

Overall an okay dentist but I went in for an evening filling and they didnt alert me before trying to inject me with the numbing medication. I had to tell them to numb my gums before sticking me to further numb me.
