Fast service, but product quality sucks...owner said he doesn’t make a big profit and would not discount or accept the product back. Not satisfied at all. Order your own parts and fix your phone yourself! Don’t waist your time.

I normally don’t do these business reviews but I feel if a business advertises for a specific service and I want to give our “local businesses” my money, I at least expect a return call. I have been trying to get an IPad repaired for several days and have made several attempts to contact this business with no success.Don’t waste your time calling... go to an authorized apple dealer.Also, why have a store front if you don’t open during your posted business hours!

I brought in my daughters iphone 5 today because it kept turning off. I ask how much and he quoted me a price. After he fix it in 20 minutes, it was still the same price he quoted and the phone is working great. He did a great job.

Great place, great service. I recommend people here all the time for cell phone and tablet repair.Keep in mind... I used to do cell and tablet repairs. I shattered my brand new iPhone 6s screen so badly that it dented the back of the phone and nothing showed on the screen. I took it into Kraig who said he wouldnt repair it if he felt it was damaged beyond his repairing abilities. Worried I was going to have to fork out $600 to replace my phone, I walked in to pick it up an it was as good as new. Super friendly and personable. I cant say it was cheap, but it was less expensive than a replacement phone, faster than mailing it out to Apple and supports the local community.

I’ve used this place every single time I break my screen and they ALWAYS do an amazing job. Yesterday I woke up and my phone wouldn’t charge so I figured it was time for a new battery. He replaced the battery and phone was on. The next day the same thing happened so I brought it back in and he took a second look and replaced the charging port for free... phone has not had one issue since. He made sure I left with a working phone. Highly recommend this place for all iPhone repairs!

If I couldve given less I would. This place is ridiculous! I called after my iPhone 6s+ screen got cracked and asked for a price. I was told 125 so it was like 30$ cheaper then what I found in Tacoma (where I live) so I decided to make the drive. Once I got here I was told its 175! Which is already 15$ more then I could pay next to home without making the drive. Anyways.. as I was already here I did pay what they asked and came back after 30 minutes the phone was ready. Drove home and thought oh well it is what it is at least the phone is working now.. NOT!!! ever since the phone is acting up you type one thing and other comes up.. as I said, ridiculous. Make biggest mistake (other then even talking to these guys) was that I paid in cash and I cant find the receipt. When I came in a month later asking them to take a look I was told Im not in the system and that the screen in my phone is different then what they have. Basically calling me a layer! Unbelievable! I have absolutely no idea how their rating is so high but one thing I do now, go anywhere else but here! This place dont appreciate his costumers. So angry.

Shattered my iPhone screen on a roller coaster. Called these guys got a price quote and I was on my way. Service was fast and the end result looked great. Unfortunately now my Bluetooth and GPS aren’t functioning. I did just download the new Apple update so maybe that can explain why my keyboard is laggy as hell. Everything was functioning prior to the replacement, I just had spider web cracks all over. I signed the waiver, but after careful consideration the risks you’re taking by not spending an extra $25 and just heading into the Apple store are too high. It makes calls, I just can’t use my apps for exercise. The phone looks great. Good thing it’s time to upgrade.

My iPhone 5s was dropped in water. I turned it off quickly and took it here. They kept it for a day, cleaned and dried it. Turned out there was no damage so they didnt charge me a dime! Couldnt ask for better service.

I cracked my iPhone 7 plus, I had it fixed for $170, my phone has been acting up ever since and now it wont even turn on. I should have never came here. It was the cheapest place...you get what you pay for.

Had a cracked screen replaced and now it is separating and lifting off. Ive called them twice and left messages about this issue and nobody has ever called me back. Customer Service 101: you respond to customer messages.

Cheap Cheap iPhone glass. Was 137$ and it cracked from 90 degree house temp. DO NOT COME HERE. Also my phone was damaged from the screen repair on the sides. Dents in the alluminum. Customer service sucked too.. All of my friends got their phones fixed here and all are disappointed. Dont come here for anything.

Do not let this company touch your apple product! I Had a cracked iPad screen, which they replaced, but broke the backlighting, and the notifications. Not to mention I was quoted $130 and 1 day to fix... 2 days later they charged me $175. The receptionist Couldnt get ahold of the owner to verify quoted amount but I could come back later and see if hell refund the differencesorry, theres nothing we can do to fix your issues that we caused, you signed the contractDo not trust this place!

I have taken multiple iphones and within half hour each time I was ready to go, the very first one I broke the screen on was a 4s, I went on eBay and ordered a replacement screen and digitizer and once I installed it & there was a dead spot on the screen, thats what I get for ordering cheap China garbage, ever since then I have used urgent care happily, and paying an extra $20 is worth an American product!! A friend of mine cracked the corner screen on my 6Plus and Ill be in to get it fixed tomorrow!!! Thx guys and if you have Assurant iPhone Insurance the deductible is $180, urgentcare is $140.

They have treated me great, I smashed my screen, went in the fixed it quick and easy, than a few weeks later i broke it again,( pretty ruff on stuff)and they fixed it again quick and easy

Extremely overpriced with stuck up attitude to boot. Many other places charge half price, even if sending it to Apple directly. When I mentioned that to them, the tech get an attitude and told me that no one fits it better than us, not even Apple... Are you kidding me, even Apple doesnt do it as good as they do? Id go elsewhere, save your money and forego the attitude.

Craig was super friendly and personable and had my sons phone fixed in no time...Im not gonna say they were inexpensive because it was a lot to fix the screen but comparable to all the other places I called😁
