Spent 20 mins waiting for help. Went and found someone only for them to tell me he couldnt help me bit hed phone someone who could. Waited 10 more mins then left. 20 guards 5 sales associates

Very terrible business. I would advise everyone to take your business and money elsewhere because not only do they do not care about customer service, they dont answer the no matter the time of day even after an hour of waiting on the phone. The unemployment office during the height of the covid was more responsive. Dont waste your time, money or effort on Geek Squad. They need to be put out of business because they are a joke of a company anyways.

Worst customer service EVER!!! After spending thousands I had a fast question on why the devise will not turn on, I am very very rudely told everyone is too busy (as I see three standing around just chatting) I again ask can I be put on a schedule, she responds we are just real busy so can you come back to schedule later>? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I left work to get this addressed and only want on the schedule? I shop here often but after today I will NEVER walk back in this store, along with tell as many as possible how the customer service is here. what a JOKE. hiring bitter unhappy people who hate customers will not go to far Best Buy, you lost a long time loyal customer over someone who thought flirting with other employees was more important then my time and money

Home Service is Horrible, Ordered twice, they book your appointment, take your money then never show up. When you call they say oh the appointment was not booked. You have to wait another week for them to come out, you spent four hours waiting for them, not worth it at all !

Took my computer in as printer could not connect. They said it was my usb port and i needed to just buy a new computer. I could go through 8 months of issues but i ended up with a new computer, all my files on my old one destroyed, and finding out the usb port was fine anyway by the geek squad in Federal Way. Puyallup Geek Squad manager was the one who was not very professional and I have always wondered why the files were destroyed. I had carbonite so was not a disaster EXCEPT for the time and money wasted on an issue made so much worse by incompetent people said to be experts.

The guy we talked to was very rude and made us think we were dumb. He wouldnt even look at my laptop to see what was wrong with it. And to fix it it would have been more then 200 dollars.
