Amazing Job on my wedding dress! Sharon is an artist! My wedding dress was so long. I’d say about 12 inches too long. My wedding dress has very fine, beautiful trim along the bottom, including a train. Plus it’s a lace dress.She was able to make my dress fit like it was made for me! And didn’t touch the bottom trimming. I got all teary eyed when I stood in front of that mirror. Sharon is a wonderful seamstress and quick too! I’ll post a before and after picture after my wedding in August! I highly recommend Sharon’s Alterations!! Thank you Sharon for making my wedding dress so amazing!

Fixed my wedding dress, made it more fitted. She had to hem the dress also while adding a cute little hook for after ceremony. Made it look like a waterfall. She even fixed my lace sleeves to fit my arms. She was amazing.

I made the mistake of putting my favorite skirt of all time in the dryer and it made the zipper area curl so badly it was no longer wearable. I figured I was just going to have throw it away, but I decided to bring it in to Sharons Alterations to see if there was any hope for it. She was able to fix it for a very affordable price and did a fantastic job! Absolutely wonderful quality and customer service. Sharons Alterations will be my go-to place from now on!

My mom had a terrible experience there, left in tears after it taking way longer than it was supposed to, being charged more than she was told, and her wedding dress wasnt straight.I personally went with my mom to pick it up and was feeding my daughter a bottle while we waited she repeatedly told me I was doing it wrong putting her hand on the end of the bottle and shoving it super hard into my daughters face. I tried to politely say ok thanks Ive got it but she just kept doing it.

Lazy. Unwillingness to do simple task. How hard is it to restich and stuff a jacket. I will not be returning. She told me iT would be cheaper to buy a new jacket...I clearly know that is a possibility but I didnt care i wanted my jacket fixed. I notice this seems to be a trend. Will not ever go back.

I brought in a Columbia fleece with a ripped off zipper. She replaced the entire zipper, with a very high-quality one. The zipper she put on looks better than the one the factory put on. Excellent work, it looks better than it did when I bought it. I would definitely recommend this place.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING! I had a 2:00 appointment that I just made yesterday to have my mother of the groom dress altered. I drove 25 minutes to her store and arrived right at 2:00. She was just starting a whole wedding party.. I stood in the doorway holding my dress for 15 minutes and was never even acknowledged so I left... So i drove 1 hour round trip for nothing... NOT COOL!

I drive all the way from Renton just to come here. That should tell you everything you need to know about this establishment. Not only is it the most affordable alterations in town, but the quality of work cant be matched. I will never use a different alterations service again.

Amazing!! Was worried about my dress getting done in time for a wedding in which I’m the maid of honor. I needed it let out, turned into a high low dress and hemmed. The whole process was easy and painless. Not only did Sharon do better then I could have imagined but she had it done 4 days before the quoted date. I couldn’t be happier either the finished product! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ll only be going to Sharon from now on !

Let me tell you about Sharon!! She has altered bridesmaids dresses for me when I have been in friends weddings as well as my OWN wedding dress for my wedding this past January! Two nights before my wedding I tried my dress on and it was TOO BIG! In a panic, I called Sharon because I knew she did a great job on other dresses for me before. She told me to bring it right in and I did. She fixed my dress for me in the same day and it fit me perfectly. I appreciated her urgency in getting my dress done and the attention to detail she had when making sure it was as perfect as it could be for me! I dont think I will go anywhere else other than to Sharon in the future! Shes the best :)

Got my prom dress altered here. The dress has intricate beading on the top and was altered perfectly. My dress was ready on time and the price was great. 10/10 do recommend.

Im not sure she actually knows the regulations on how to sew on the different army patches. One jacket or top or blouse looked worse before I gave to her and the other was really far off from where it should be. Though she said she knew what to do with the patches, I shouldve went with my gut after not seeing a single piece of OCPs in her shop. Im sure shes a great seamstress, I just wish she said she wasnt sure or didnt know how to instead of telling me she did...its okay not to know....

Shes great and a true professional. I get a lot of african gowns shipped to me from back home. Some times they dont fit and I go to her, she never fails to impress me. They fit exactly like I want them to. Sharon is amazing!

My daughter and I are bridesmaids in my sons wedding. When I got the dresses, they were huge and made both of us look matronly and 20 pounds heavier. I brought the dresses to Sharon and she measured and pinned the dresses to fit us exactly. When we came in a few days later to try them on, they fit perfectly and made us look beautiful. She did a wonderful job and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I had a ball gown altered for a black tie affair. Originally I thought only the hem needed to be fixed but she noticed it needed to be taken in on the sides to really make the dress fit well. I went back for my first fitting and she wasnt 100% satisfied so instead of sending me home with the dress she kept it for another few days to make it perfect. The dress fit amazingly well after and I received many compliments - and I felt great. I will be coming back for future alterations.

DO NOT GO HERE Im so disappointed. I saw some good reviews for this place so decided to go there. The lady working there was very nice, but her work is sloppy, overpriced, and lazy. I took my prom dress here and was amazed at what I came home with. My dress has some thin ruffles, I had the strap and bust tightened, and the length hemmed up a bit. She had an entire week to work with it, and we spent well over a hundred dollars!!! My dress came back with strands of fabric escaping it as if it wasnt taken care of properly. Some of the edges looked like they were cut yet unfinished with massive frazzle and the stitching lines are crooked and loose EVERYWHERE. It looks so disgusting. My dress was beautiful, and she ruined it while scamming us out of money with sloppy work. Luckily it was in well enough shape to wear since I had no time to find somewhere else. NEVER taking anything here again. BE WARNED.

Thought I would give this place a try since it was close to my house. Dropped off a pair of jeans to get it hemmed, the price wasnt too bad. 3 business days later, I was excited to pick up my jeans. I was so disappointed!! The job was horribly done. It wasnt straight, fabric was stretched and sown up made it look all ruffly, which is not what I asked for!! I feel like I could have done a better job and Im not an expert!It was a simple job, I cant imagine bringing dresses or bigger items because she will ruin them. It was a brand new pair of jeans I spent good money for, and I wished I didnt fall into all these good reviews!

First off I would like to say that Sharon is an amazing seamstress! I came to her shop and she was so polite and easy to talk to. I had two suit jackets that were way to big for me as well as pants that needed to be hemed. All of this was done in a week and I could not thank her enough now when I start my new job everything will be spot on. I highly recommend her for any alterations needed and no doubt she will be up for the challenge.

Had a bridesmaid dress with a lace top altered in several places to make the top several sizes smaller: side seams, straps, and strap width. You cant even tell where she opened the seams, and it fits amazing! Very timely and well done work. Thanks!

The dry cleaner is AMAZING, but the corner store next to it is absolutely horrible. The employees working in there are extremely rude and the store is dirty. I was yelled at to get out, after looking for a product I wanted. They also charged way too much for a very cheap product. I do not reccomend shopping here.

I finally found the cutest prom dress but it was a tad small. it was the only size. hoping something could be done I took it to sharon. miraculously she made it work and it was so subtle. I could hardly tell it had been altered. dont hesitate to take your dress here. the lady is really nice and she works quick with good prices.

Sharon is amazing & sweet, you can tell she loves her job. I picked this place based off reviews and wasnt disappointed. I brought her my wedding dress for a few alterations and she said it would be ready May 28th imagine my surprise and relief when it was ready 2 weeks early. The first time i tried it on after alterations it seemed a little tight, i can back the next day at noon and she had already let it out a little. It was perfect!! She went above and beyond by steaming it and adding a little clasp without me asking. She is extremely professional and decently priced.

Sharon has done a few small repairs for me. Quick turn-around and decent work. Nice little Tailoring shop in the neighborhood. Youll like it.

I brought in a suit that was needless to say to large for me(found it on sale) and she preformed a flawless job its now my best fitting suit. She also did all the alterations in a more than resonalble time. Awful job. Was charged $65 to hem a pair of curtains and even after taking them back they couldn t get them even. Will never go back. Had curtains done at Dekoven Cleaners up the street for $30 and they did a great job.
