We hired Cascade Fire Solutions for a MAJOR project involving the removal of a HUGE existing double fireplace and then rebuilding a new smaller profile gas fireplace allowing for more of an open concept between our dining/living room. We could not be happier with the work they did and the end result of a gorgeous peninsula fireplace! During the entire project, they were in constant communication with my husband and I. They had a total of 5 employees working on the project and we were so impressed with their teamwork, knowledge and precision. They completed the project on time and left a clean work area each day. During a pandemic even, Cascade Fire Solutions solved our real problem. We were in the middle of a remodel before we realized that our old fireplace was a disaster. I looked around to find a good shop and found Cascade Fire Solutions. I called, and they sent out Darryl and Jody to review our situation and provide an estimate. They were prompt and ready for anything. They knew their products and were able to discover what we wanted almost immediately.We booked them to start the work. They took care of the permits and passed all their inspections the first time. The two days they were here, they left it cleaner than they arrived.These are the best examples I can give for a stellar organization and a great bunch of people. Im so proud of the beautiful new fireplace. Everyone I know will know who to call when they need a fireplace.

Above and beyond. This is an excellent company for both speedy customer response/service and exceptional work. My fireplace project turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I had many questions and did my research and everyone accommodated me and put up with all my questions in a positive and incredibly helpful way. Even when my home wound up having more issues after starting the project, they offered advise and solutions that, as a single mom and someone that knew nothing about major house projects and how they can turn into a can of worms, was immediately and completely helpful. I was very overwhelmed and they were able to help me extensively plus gave me information about other existing house issues I ended up having. I really don’t have enough words to thank this team, they are simply wonderful, good people and exceptional at what they do.

Cascade Fire Solutions installed a new gas insert to replace an old one that quit working. I was very pleased with every contact I had with their staff, from the quotation process to the installation. The installation was done on time and the technicians were neat and clean and courteous. Their service was excellent and the price was great. I would recommend this company.

Wanted to charge me $125 for an estimate even though they offer free estimates. When I asked why I was being charged for an estimate she couldnt give me an answer. Not trust worthy if my first call starts on a lie.

From the beginning to the end Cascade Fire Solutions was great. Very polite. Very friendly. They were fast in arranging someone to come to our home and analyze the problem. They ordered the needed part, which arrived faster than I expected, and a repairman came right out and installed it, and even with safety checks and cleaning up was done very quickly. The whole experience was very satisfying.

Jody showed up on time, and spent several hours on my job, which was probably the toughest pellet stove he had ever worked on. He was polite, clean, knowledgeable, and efficient. The stove now works better than it has for 12 years. I will be contacting this company for further maintenance. They do what they say they will and they do it well.

This was not a professional call. The appontment was 1 to 3. At 11am he was at the house. He called me because I wasnt home. The technician was more of a sales person. He drove an unmaked vehicle with really bad bald tires. He took up a two car spaces in the drive way. I had to park in the street. I had to ask him for a business card, which he went to his car to get one. You do not run your business very proffessional. I run a business and would not hire your company. Trudy Clark

This company was excellent. The job was done very, very well! The salesman went over all of our options and we couldn’t be more pleased. We got a bigger fire place, which the other companies said we would have to tear down the wall. Those other companies didn’t do NEARLY as well. In fact, they never called back. Called Cascade to fix my gas fireplace after reading other reviews. Was not disappointed. The technician diagnosed the problem in minutes, got the part ordered and came back to install it a few days later. Service was prompt and professional. Very satisfied. Highly recommend Cascade.

Cascade came out on a service call to fix our gas fireplace. Told us we needed new parts so we ordered those. Told it would take one to two weeks, took nearly a month. When they came back out they said they would be unable to fix the fireplace but we could put the money we spent towards a new fireplace. We asked for a refund and were charged for two service calls at $75 each. I wish the first service call would simply have said they wouldn’t be able to fix the fireplace and we could have saved $75.

Too expensive. Products and price were misrepresented. Project that should have taken two days took weeks to complete. Poor communication skills. The individuals who worked in my house and installed the gas burning fireplace with hearth were delightful.

Worst service ever, now I must call a real tech to fix.
