Been having our taxes done there since 1997

Horrible horrible horrible. Do not use Diane and her kids. They are the most unprofessional people out there. Shes progressively gotten worse through the years. Ive made allowances for her actions in the past, but now her blunders have cost me 3k. Warning to her future clients. Hire her at your own risk.

Most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. It took weeks for a return call, and she filed my business and personal taxes late and blamed me for giving the wrong social for my daughter even though she was copying my information from a previous years return. She just forgot and had the nerve to still send me a outrageousness bill! Would give her a zero if possible!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Significant procedural errors with this years and last years accounting. We will NOT use their services again.
