I could not be more pleased with our new windows and the experience. From the moment the salesperson Allen Hilton arrived we were impressed. This man knows his windows!!! We live in a historic home built in the late 1800s and the sales people before him were not knowledgeable. Allen knew exactly what we needed for functionality and aesthetics. Absolute delivered on all the promises Allen gave. The installer Dan was timely, professional, and took great pride in his work! I had a similar experience as indicated by some of the reviewers. I called to get a quote and estimate of the work. The sales person (Tyler) came by and took measurements. We had a good conversation about the work, what needed to be done and the pricing. I was expecting an e-mail of the quote but never received one. I called their main office to follow-up the week after and still no one was responsive. If you dont put the time to be responsive and follow-up, you cant be surprised if customers choose someone else to work with.

Except for the long lead times, great place to work with. Installers are professional and efficient. Job should be done tomorrow and right now our sliding doors are fantastic.

Over the years weve had the pleasure of working with many good contractors but you folks are simply the best we have ever encountered. Every component of your organization seemed to pulling in sync to assure that the project went off as we desired and designed. Service is truly you middle name, or at least is should be. Whenever anyone asks us for some guidance on such work, you can rest assured that we have and will give them you name! You folks are true professionals and we wanted you to know how much we appreciate your work.

This review isn’t based on the quality or workmanship. I requested a quote for new windows impact windows in my home. Salesman came by and took the measurements and really gave me a good feeling about their workmanship, quality and fair pricing. I was told I would have my estimate in a couple day “by Friday”. I received nothing. I called and was told he would have it to me the next day. I still haven’t received anything. That was a week ago. Really a shame because he left me with a good feeling and was really looking forward to maybe working with this company. Now I’m thinking that if it’s not that important to deliver me a quote, then maybe they lack in other steps as well.

Absolute Window is great, we had Melanie come out and give us an estimate for Hurricane Impact windows, she explained everything. Absolute Window did a wonderful job on our home, the homes of my two daughters, and two neighbors of ours. They not only did excellent, fast, neat, and efficient work, but also made suggestions regarding our existing windows and glass doors that made a huge difference in how much better the view is now. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also anyone is welcome to come over and see the finished product anytime.

Recently had hurricane impact windows installed. The installers, Mike and Matt, did a fantastic job. Clean, professional, efficient, friendly. Did really good work. We are very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend.

We did a major remodeling job on our winter home in Punta Gorda. We replaced all the original windows with impact glass. We researched window companies and options and decided to use Absolute Window. We could not be more pleased with how it all went. Melaine was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable about options and the whole process. The installation crew was quick, neat and very efficient. They came to give us a estimate, been calling and leaving messages to have the work done. No reply, no text, no nothing. Im happy i didnt give him a deposit. Doesnt show any professionalism.
