I brought in a water sample & the girl sent me home with clear instructions. My pool is already turning back to blue.

Called them to install a new pool pump. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and tried to repair prior to selling me a new pool pump. They checked everything prior to giving an estimate and explained all the necessary things that would need to be done. I would highly recommend them.

When this company began ‘taking care’ of our pool, it was turned purple. Yes, purple. An expert came in from a separate chemical company in order to undo the damage. Finally after several successive draining and refills, resulting in an ungodly amount of water wasted, the pool was finally brought back to normal. This morning, it began the day crystal clear. A technician came out for our routine weekly service. This afternoon, the fountain has turned purple once again. The water has a purple hue, and I fear is further degrading the integrity of our pool and its equipment. Not only do I strongly advise against using this company, but I fear an enormous expense will be required to fix what has now happened TWICE to our pool. Absolutely inexcusable for “The Pool Store” to be so terrible at their one job- taking care of, and especially not damaging, a customer’s pool.It is readily apparent that they also suffer from a severe lack of communication and organization. Do yourself a favor and support another local pool store business, as this one may have once been good (I only became their customer due to a shining recommendation), but sadly they fail.

What amazing customer service! Mike has been out to my house a few time now and is replacing my pool pump under warranty and covering the labor. I didnt even buy the pump from them. The pool pump company is on back order and Mike took a spare pump he had to get me back up and running until the new pump arrives. Great customer service by far.

My experience did not go so well. As a new home buyer, I took my pool water to the pool store to be tested for the first time. They upsold me Borate chemicals instead of chlorine. Which I spent a few hundred on, and that was fine. About a week later, my spa stop working correctly. I called the pool store and they said that they would send out a repairman the following day. Two days later, Im still waiting. So I call again, Im told there was a mix-up and the repairman would be out first thing in the morning. The following morning nothing!! I call the store and they apologize, and told me hell be there in the afternoon. Sure enough that afternoon, the repairman finally shows. Wow! what an experience with this guy! Well, to make a long story short, he does nothing... tells me it would take him at least a week to look at it further and figure things out as his schedule was full for at least another week. So he leaves, I call another pool company. They come the following morning, found a motor burned out on the pump and fixed it. Simple!I figure just because they have a lazy repairman, no reason I cant still have my water tested and buy the chemicals there. Today I go in to have the water tested and the young lady at the store says your stabilizer is really high I asked how to lower it? She replied you will have to drain half the pool water I then asked what caused this?? She states, your putting in to many of the hockey puck chlorine tabs I said, Im only putting in the Borate in the amount you have been instructing and sold to me. Next, a different young lady comes out from the back room, whispers something to the first lady. After the whisper, which I could not hear, the first lady tells me never mind everything looks good. The End.Somethings wrong here. Time to find a new pool store.

I am so impressed with the customer service. The service I received when I first started with the Pool Store a year ago was superb. Mike changed us over to salt water a year ago and we have had no issues until this last week. Just recently the color of my pool didnt look right. Mike took my call and came out the same day to check the water. He had two guys over only about two hours later and and my pool looks amazing again. Not sure what the original issue was, but if it had to do with me, Mike would have let me know. Thank you Mike!
