The equipmentis state of the art I was impressed with everything and everyone there!Whatever you need they have it!

Friendly staff! Easy and quick experience and easy place to find. I went to their Punta Gorda location.. if you use GPS, make sure you put Punta Gorda or you could get lost! I would recommend them to anyone and will return if I have any further issues.

A very kind and caring doctor and staff (KIM). I had a problem withone of my hearing aids and Wayne did not hesitate to send it backand have it replaced. He even put a rush order on it. Very sympathetic.He cares about you as an individual, which is very comforting. He isalways ready to answer questions and takes his time at every appointment.

Hearing Centers of Charlotte County in Punta Gorda used deceptive and inappropriate tactics to get me to sign a document that I had declined to sign a few months earlier. Kim, the receptionist, said she wanted me to take a survey while I was waiting for my appointment. She asked me several questions about medical issues including things such as if I was taking any blood thinners and if I had any allergies. I answered all of her questions and when the audiologist arrived to see me, Kim asked me to sign the document. I said that we weren’t finished with the survey but Kim said that Wayne would finish it, so I quickly signed without reading and then went with Wayne for the hearing exam. Wayne heard my question about not finishing and Kim’s response so he seemed to be aware of what was happening. Later, at home, I thought over what had transpired and it didn’t seem right so I went back to the Punta Gorda office and got a copy of the document that I had just signed. The medical questions Kim asked me were not on it. It was all just a ruse to get me to sign the same document that I had not signed earlier. Trust and integrity are a vital part of any business relationship, particularly ones involving medical concerns, and this company intentionally deceived me.I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but Hearing Centers of Charlotte County ignored them and never responded to them or me.Consequently I have made arrangements to switch to a different company for my continued hearing aid services even though doing so will cost me a considerable sum because I will be relinquishing my existing already paid for service agreement. I have totally lost confidence in the integrity of this business. Buyer beware!

My husband and I contacted the Hearing Centers of Charlotte Cnty., Pt Charlotte office, to schedule hearing tests. Kat and Teresa Stevens were very helpful in setting up our appointments and obtaining the necessary insurance information. They were very professional and thorough. The ladies explained everything in a way that made it easy to follow. We were surprised at the level of hearing loss we had suffered. We were pleasantly surprised at the technological advancement in current hearing aids and look forward to getting ours and being able to better participate with people and activities we like.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH WAYNE AND KIM. THEY MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. IM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THEM AGAIN.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from their staff. Along with all my follow up visits. They corrected all my problems. I would highly recommend any one with a hearing problem to use their services.

The only reason this not a five is because there is always room for improvement. That said Our experience (my wife and myself) with Theresa at the Harbor Blvd office was excellent. She takes her time and is very professional and at the same time personable.

I feel I was well taken care of and the hearing aids I chose have been the best fit for me. The staff at the Port Charlotte office on Harbor View Rd was very professional and great to work with. My old hearing aids went bad and I was tested, given a loaner set set and ordered new ones thru them. Quick and easy!

Very impressed with service in Punta Gorda office. Issue was corrected with husband’s hearing aid. Would recommend. (Office visit is $60... not sure if that’s the norm😉)
