Our first rental with this place went great, and the equipment did what we needed it to.Fuel pickup line on our SK800 Ditch Witch had an issue on day 2, but they had us fixed within an hour and back to work.They even let us keep it an extra day. No fuss. No issues.Will rent again.

Way over priced, the company billed me for leaking hydraulic fluid, something that should have been fixed before they rented it to me. They replaced all the fittings and hoses at my expense!! Must be nice to have your maintenance done and paid for buy your customers. I was told by many people not to go there, I wish I would have listened!!!!

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I CHOSE TO GO WITH THEM OVER A LARGER COMPANY SUCH AS SUNBELT SINCE I LIKE TO KEEP THE BUSINESS LOCAL, BUT WILL NEVER AGAIN. I RENTED A BOBCAT EXCAVATOR THAT WAS PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW. THE EQUIPMENT WAS DELIVERED TO THE JOB SITE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON FOR A SATURDAY JOB. THE EQUIPMENT STARTED RIGHT UP AND WORKED FINE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THEN IT STARTED TO CHUG AND DIE. I RAN THE MACHINE FOR A TOTAL OF 2.7 HOURSBUT MOST OF THAT TIME WAS LETTING IT IDLE TO TRY TO SMOOTH OUT THE DIESEL. I KEPT ATTEMPTING TO USE IT BUT IT WOULD BARLEY DO ANYTHING AND KEPT DYING. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM MULTIPLE TIMES THAT DAY AND NOTHING THEY CLOSE AT NOON AND DONT EVEN HAVE AN ANSWERING SERVICE OR EMERGENCY NUMBER. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER. I CONTACTED THEM FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING AND JIM THE OWNER TOLD ME HE WOULD LOOK OVER THE MACHINE AND LET ME KNOW. WHEN I CALLED BACK HE SAID THE FUEL SYSTEM WAS CLOGGED AND HE WOULD SEND THE EXCAVATOR OUT NEXT WEEKEND. I TOLD HIM THAT I LOST THE JOB I WAS TRYING TO DO WITH THE MACHINE DUE TO LACK OF PERFORMANCE. SO I ASKED IF HE COULD DO SOMETHING ON THE BILL HE CHEERFULLY SAID DONT WORRY ILL GIVE YOU A REFUND. NOW KEEP IN MIND I DID NOT GET USE OUT OF THE MACHINE DUE TO ITS PERFORMANCE AND THE ORIGINAL CHARGE TO MY CC WAS ($430.90). SO AFTER A WEEK HE GAVE ME A REFUND OF $127.05.......HE CHARGED ME THE 4 HOUR MINIMUM FOR THE MACHINE PLUS DELIVERY PLUS FUEL ($303.85). COME TO FIND OUT ONE OF HIS GUYS DID NOT FUEL THE MACHINE UP PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO ME. THERE WAS ALSO SOMETHING CAUGHT IN THE FILTER. YOU CANT CHECK ANYTHING ON THE MACHINE BECAUSE IT IS ALL LOCKED AND THEY HAVE NO EMERGENCY NUMBER TO CALL. I CALLED THEM MONDAY MORNING FOR A PICKUP AND TO TELL HIM IT WAS BROKEN, HIS MECHANIC WAS OUT SICK AND THE MACHINE DID NOT GET PICKED UP UNTIL TUESDAY. WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM ON THE PHONE ABOUT THIS HE SAID THE MACHINE WENT OUT ON ANOTHER RENTAL MONDAY AND WAS FINE. YEAH.....AFTER YOU FILLED IT WITH DIESEL FUEL.....HE TOLD ME I CAN NEVER COME INTO HIS STORE EVER AGAIN. AND NEVER CALL THE STORE AGAIN........DONT WORRY JIM IM NEVER GONNA SET FOOT IN YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN AND IM GOING TO TRY TO SPREAD THE WORD THAT YOU ARE A BAD BUSINESSMAN AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. YOU LIKE TO SCREW OTHER SMALL LOCAL BUSINESSES...... YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM THE BBB. AND YES I AM STOPPING PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD. NOW YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET PAID.

I will never rent from them again. I rented a tractor this time for a Saturday and Sunday rental; its a special one day rental price for two days. However, thats not really true, its not a two day rental, its an eight hours of use rental over a two day period. Nobody told me that and when I returned the machine this morning I was hit with double the charges. This is totally dishonest and a false advertisement of the terms of a two day rental for the one day price. Ive rented other machines from them that dont count hours, some do and some dont so you, as the customer, are supposed to know which one is which without being told. I dont like being treated dishonestly and will not rent from them again. Additionally, theyre kind of rude, talk down to the customer like theyre know it alls, and just have a sour disposition socially. Not only was the transaction dishonest, the personal service and environment were abhorrent to boot. One day these deceptive business practices will catch up with them, cant happen too soon. Theyll never see another dollar of mine.

Punta Gorda Rent All is my ONLY choice for equipment rentals, event rentals, and small engine repair. First of all, it is important to realize that PGRA is under new ownership since Nov. 2017 and the new owners are continually working hard every day to fix broken relationships and issues from the previous owner.All of these people griping about dishonest business practices are completely off base. The main culprit of the bad reviews is known to me personally and he is UNEQUIVOCALLY the most dishonest, self-serving, liar, cheat and thief I have ever had the misfortune of knowing. Pot-Kettle, Dude... pot-kettle.The new owners are absolutely the most trustworthy, ethical business owners I know and they have put their hearts and souls into turning this business around. The fact that they continually provide the tents and equipment for Charlotte Countys largest events speaks volumes to the trust that most local businesses have in them.I personally rented a tractor from PGRA to clear debris and grade my lot. When I ordered it on a Friday afternoon, I thought that I would only have Saturday to get the work done. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed that I would have Sunday as well to finish the work and it would only cost me a full day (8hr) rental plus topping off the fuel that I used. I have also taken an old pressure cleaner in to have the small engine mechanic repair for me. It was done in a timely fashion and works great now. Because of the great work done on the pressure cleaner, my riding mower is going in next for a tune-up, blades, and belts.If you need quality rental equipment, small engine service, or youre looking to buy new Husqvarna or Stihl power equipment, then Punta Gorda Rent All is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend them and appreciate their customer service!

Just want to inform people of the customer service i received the other day. I rented a texturing gun from PGRA. I wasnt able to use it the first day, so kept it another day knowing I had to pay for it. The next day I went to use it, and it didnt work. wouldnt spray texture. So the following day I called to inform them of the issue, and the guy with the deep voice tried to pawn me off on the mechanic. He then had to return to the phone to help. I explained to him that i didnt need the mechanic I just wanted to explain what happened. So he then treated me like I was trying to get out of paying for the gun. I told him I didnt mind paying I just wanted someone to know that the gun didnt work. Its their job to clean them on first use not mine. The guy said that the gun was late already and that there was nothing he could do. I informed him that i fixed the gun the next day at my shop and he didnt care. SO... I will not use them again for their lack of customer service. There are to many places to rent from to have to deal with lazy unhappy people!!!!
