I called a taxi to go from Punta Gorda to Englewood and he answered telling me that it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later he called me and very rudely asked, Where are you?? Im in your driveway blowing my horn! I live in a duplex in the back half so I didnt hear him... When I got in the van I asked him how much and he was very, very rude asking me the address then told me $60. I told him that to Uber it is $30 and that I wasnt going to do that. He told me I owed him $20 for absolutely nothing. Nothing! I gave it to him and told him that he is ridiculous

This company is very reliable and professional with kind, safe drivers and reasonable rates. Best in town! I would not trust my business to any other company. Drivers are always on time, or early, and can be counted on to get you to your destination in a safe and timely manner. Theyre the best!

Great ride! Excellent driver! I would definitely recommend this driver. He made me laugh more than a few times on a 40 minute ride to the airport, at 6:00 am.

We had the pleasure of getting a ride from Simon to the Ft. Meyers airport from Punta Gorda at 6am today. Although there were some slight hiccups getting our driver into the gated community where we were staying, everything else was perfect. Our driver was extremely friendly and we had a great ride all the way to Ft. Meyers, which was roughly a 45 minute drive. Very safe driver and was friendly and conversational when we asked questions of him. We couldn’t be happier with our ride and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I looked over the other reviews here and I believe some people are just overly sensitive and must have been having a bad day in the first place.

Took an early morning ride, two drivers refused the pickup and told me to call their boss back. Boss was rude, because I woke him up. The driver that finally got me smelled horrible, and had no regard for traffic laws. More than once he was traveling over 30 mph over the posted limit, in town. Charged $20 bucks each for a 3 mile shared ride with another passenger. Cops, be on the lookout for a 300 lb 70s male driver in a blue taxi minivan. Boston accent. This guy should be in jail. Do not call U & I Taxi Service.

The guy that answers the phone is extremely rude. He is aggressive and has no idea how to run a business dealing with people.

New in town live in the isles. Had u&i pick me up and drop us on Friday 3/10/17 night to the tiki bar About 1.5 miles. And they charged us $20.00 plus we gave a $5.00 tip. Was told by locals I was ripped off. Believe the women drivers name was Chris

Called U & I to take us to the Tiki Hut and took us the long way and charged us $30.00. We are locals to the area and knew what he was doing and when we complained the driver confrontational with us. We called Uber to get us home which was a $10.00 ride!!!

I think $20 must be their minimum because they charged $20 for a 2 mile ride within Punta Gorda. Too bad theres not less than 1 star.

A negative experience with a driver who didnt know his way around Punta Gorda, or maybe he was just pretending.

$20 for a 3 mile ride out of the airport. Never again.
