The young man behind the counter was so nice. Im just ok with dealing with my phone, tablet....no matter what I ask he never made me feel uncomfortable. He was very knowledgeable and I left there feeling much smarter(haha)with a new battery in my phone and a better understanding of my tablet. 😀

Corey is the man! I tried my best to repair my iPhone Xr screen and was successful in completely destroying it. Corey looked it over, gave me an accurate quote and estimation on time. He was very understanding and helpful. Id rate it with 10 stars if I could!

I cannot speak highly enough of the responsiveness of Corey at OnTech. My wife’s iPad Pro had stopped charging properly. I was able to talk to Corey on the phone and then drop in. As the Apple stores are all currently closed for the duration, this was a significant benefit. Corey quickly diagnosed the issue (part of the charging cord had broken off in the charging port) and fixed it. On top of this great service there was no charge. I am a happy camper and, should the need arise, will be pleased to be a repeat customer.

Noticed my phones battery life was nothing how it used to be. The battery in my iPhone 6 would only last me 2 hours or so. Recently had Kory repair the broken hinge on my laptop, I expected that it would be several days to repair. He received the parts and my laptop was ready in 4 hours. Thanks again, KoryUPDATE: December, 2018 - Unfortunately, the hinge that was repaired on my laptop did not hold. Opened up laptop the other day and looks like replacement screw fell out.
