Best barbershop in Punta Gorda. My son is 10yo and Ben cuts his hair better than any other barber Ive taken my son to. A true barber! Doesnt just sit your kid in the chair and fade his hair completely off. Keeps cowlicks in mind and stuff like that. Cuts hair to style them in instead of shaving them down then your kids hair sticks out for the next few weeks. Cant wait to visit the new shop!!

Within a minute of meeting Ben I felt like we were old friends, within 5 minutes he made me feel like I was his best friend. I then watched as he made everyone there feel the same way. I called up The Bearded Scoundrel Barbershop because another barber (near-by) did an awful job at cutting my hair. Despite me calling them 20 minutes before closing, while they were also cutting other people’s hair till past their closing time, they still decided to take me in. After not only fixing the other barber’s mess, he insisted for me not to pay for the service.Both barbers were very friendly, the shop was very clean, and the experience was overall wonderful.As I’ve been to several barber shops in Punta Gorda, I strongly would advise anyone to get their hair cut at The Bearded Scoundrel Barbershop.

I live in Ohio but have a vacation rental here in Punta Gorda. Although I needed a haircut a few weeks back I knew if I just held out till I got to Punta Gorda I’d be in great hands. I went in there this week and Ben gave me the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. On top of his stellar workmanship he is no doubt one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Not just the way he treats his customers but the way that he treats his staff is incredible. If you ever get a chance to sit in his chair you’ll Quickly realize he’s the last barber you’ll ever need. Five stars is truly not enough for Ben and his team.

As a bald guy with a beard. Don’t really need a barber. But the experience at this shop is what always brings me back. Ive been struggling to find a reliable barber. That changed today. I hadnt had a hair cut in over four months, and I was nervous all around. I stepped in and it was automatically a pleasant experience. Ben asked if I had any ideas for what I wanted to do with my hair and I told him I wasnt sure. He handed me an ipad and we went through ideas together, all the while he was giving me input on what would suit me best with my hair type.
