Closed 3 days a week . Closes at 9 and dont be there one minute after youll be looked in and sheriffs have to open it. Gate is fixed wss open forvfew days now pass code speaker is broke. Over all its a place to keep your stuff but over priced. Thr 10 day grace period is nice since it very hard to get there during there nusimrss hours

Nice management!

The only good thing about this place is the cheap price for units and that management is friendly. Other than that, its sub par. To begin with, there is a major pest problem that the owner claims is treated, but my unit had roaches before we moved in and I had to treat it myself. Its been a common problem and management cant take measures to control pests without the owners approval. Secondly, there is no 24 hour access unless you pay extra and have your business vehicles or stuff stored there. If you are still in the facility when 9pm comes around, the keypad to exit will tell you sorry, the facility is closed and leave no way to exit and you are stuck in the facility. The gate also seems to break a lot (2 times in the 2 months I was in there) and the last time took almost 2 weeks to fix it and was kept open day and night. There is no use of electricity or water there, so you cant plug in a fan to keep you cool in the 100°+ heat in the units and once the sun sets, if you dont have a battery powered light, good luck. The bathrooms close after management leaves for the day, so on weekends and after 5pm, you have to leave to use the restroom. Finally, there are a lot of holes that need filled in the driveways, which really overworked any vehicles suspension when you are carrying a large load. It also means that when it is in rainy season, you are driving through a bunch if mud and water. This place has the potential to be nice if the owner put the effort into it and fixed it up.

This facility has seen better days. The lot is full of derelict campers and boats. The grass hasn’t been cut with large holes in the lot that fill with water.The front gate is usually inoperable and wide open.Won’t be back.

Very nice facility. Ive had climate controlled units at other facilities and this particular ACE seems to have there AC set acupl degrees lower than the competition. Large elevators, readily available carts, cameras placed everywhere to keep a eye on your stuff while you run loads to your unit. Also, they have a great playlist pushing tunes thru the building!

This is an average storage place. The people taking care of it are super nice and care. Its just an old facility. The gate has worked every time weve been there.

Large units in a safe location at an affordable price. The nicest people and just so accommodating.
