Bruce was awesome! I was told by several other mechanics that my daughters Equinox needed a rear main seal but lo and behold all she needed was a new dipstick tube to replace the rusty holey dipstick tube that was causing her oil leak!Saved us well over $800!Other less scrupulous mechanics may just have changed out the rear main seal and dipstick tube and we would have been none the wiser. But out a lot more money! Thanks Bruce

Saturday morning delightful service! Drove up at 7:30 AM with part in hand and had it installed and checked out inside of 30 min. Totally satisfied. They earned my confidence.

I had my Daughter in Laws car serviced at Mc Coms. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I give them a SOLID 5 STARS...

$50 for a simple engine code scan is outrageous... when you can go to your local auto parts store and get it done for free. Otherwise, fair pricing on parts and labor. Also being able to overnight the part 3 days before Christmas and get it done the next day is cool.

I had an unexpected problem with my vehicle. They were able to take care of it the next day. Price was fair, they were honest and professional.

Great place had a noise in engine. Pulled in and check out noise. Needed power steering fluid. Topped it off and noise was gone. No charge. Just great service and nice service people.

These are some good mechanics, they will tell you if somethings needs to be fixed. Went to tires plus the other day because they have good warranties on tires. They said i needed front brakes. Took it to Mc Combs a couple days later and they said that brakes i have fine, a bit worn down, but i got 10,000 miles left on em. These guys care about what they do, they arent going to lie to you juat so they can make a quick buck.

Dealing with McComs could not be easier. Everyone Ive Interfaced with has been professional and personable. The service is excellent and fast. Their methods are those of old mechanics meaning rather than just swap parts they try to fix the existing part. This method saved me over $200 from the dealers estimate.

Various people suggested a lot of work had to be done to my car. McCom’s however found the problem to be something else at a fraction of the cost I was bracing for. I’ll be going back based on their honest assessment and quick turn around.

Totally awesome experience. We were on our way to move to Georgia heard a weird noise with no indicator lights. Stopped in with no appointment was serviced immediately. Turned out to be a plastic cover on the undercarriage came loose. We were in and out in less than an hour with a total bill of $24. Kudos guys and thank you!

Worst experience ever. Dropped my truck off to get a quote for rear breaks. Thought the quote was high so told hem I’d be back to pick it up. I come back pay the $20 inspection fee. After paying I go out to the truck try to open the door and it’s stuck, won’t open right all of a sudden pops, I walk around the door and see a dent. I walk back in ask to speak to manager. He comes out and looks. Automatically says we didn’t do that. Proceeds to tell me that it’s not there fault. I said well I didn’t drop it off like this. And he decided to tell me well not his problem, gets nasty and rude says he doesn’t have time for this cause he has a ton of other things to deal with other then this and that he wasn’t wasting any more time. I asked him what I was supposed to do then and he said figure it out. And walked off. I will never do business with these people ever again. I will be filing a lawsuit. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. I have pics not sure how to add them.

Ive been coming for a couple years now, and I have referred friends and family.Today, a staff member was very rude and shortfused with me. They wanted to charge me 0.8hr labor to change a headlight bulb, claiming they must remove the headlight. Not true. He told me go do it yourself then.So I did. A mirror and a flashlight is all I needed. Thanks YouTube.Just because someone doesnt know how to do something or are having a bad day does not give them the right to get rude or shortfused with me. Ive know this guy for years. I expected better out of him.If someone apologized I would consider returning. I used to have good experiences here.Now I gotta find somewhere else to go.

I was on my way to drop someone off at the airport when I realized I had a nail in my tire. So I searched for the closest auto repair shop and called to see if they could fix it. They waited to go to lunch for me to get there so they could fix it and did So within less than 10 minutes. I wish I lived closer to this place so that I could come here anytime I had car problems.
