Caliber Collision gave me fast, friendly, very professional service! Insurance claim and car rental needs all worked together flawlessly - no unnecessary inconvenient paperwork required! They explained everything about the repair clearly and gave me lots of options on how Id like to proceed, they updated me on my repair as it progressed, and they got my car back to me 2 days earlier than I expected. I rate this place good enough for Mom. They provide service you can trust.

Great place. I used them through an insurance claim and they exceeded my expectations. I let them know the time and day that I needed my car back by and they made sure that it was finished. Not only did they do great work, but the entire interior of my car was cleaned when I got it back, down to every little detail. Definitely a great experience and I would certainly reccomend them.

This was the BEST auto repair service we have ever gotten. Car looks like the 2 rear end accidents never happened. Like a brand new car. Paint is identical to our original even after 5 years in the Maine winters and Florida sun. Unbelievable

Took vehicle and dropped off in the middle of the night per Joe @ Port Charlotte Caliper. Got off work the next day, called to check the status and they asked did you drop your keys off? Yes they are in your drop box. This is 3pm, and they never even looked at it. We went to pick it up and take elsewhere, my wife informed the man at the counter ok thats fine. Guess they pick and choose. Dont waste your time or HARD EARNED money at this place, the clients dont matter, and more and more people have told me do not take it there.

I really do not understand why they have bad reviews! I have used this place twice the second time was my choice! They did amazing job and kept me updated. All the employees are very nice and keep you in the loop about your vehicle. Thank God I found them! People need to stop writing negative reviews for no damn reason! This shop is amazing!

During Eta, an animal ran into my car on a dark road & I hit it. Fortunately, no major damage but a part was dragging. Josh at Calliber removed the flap so the car was driveable until it could be repaired. Car is still new so delays in getting part in but once the part arrived, things progressed quickly.Gteat customer service & I was kept informed. Very happy with the work! Car looks perfect again!

They did a good job repairing my car but one of their mechanics broke my airbox and he also left a tool under the airbox that rattled really bad until we discovered it and removed it. They said they’d replace my airbox, but 6 weeks later I still don’t have the airbox. Looks like I may have to call insurance and make another claim!

Very Expensive, got the same work done elsewhere for half the price that I was quoted. Nice people though, they are more catered for commercial accounts, like Geico, Allstate etc. Your car insurance will be willing to pay these high service fees

Havent had good customer service like this in a long time! They were very friendly and kept me posted. Walt made me feel better about a really messed up and inconvenient situation. He was easy to talk to, did everything he said he would and even took care of a few other minor things. My car was done earlier than planned and looks great. 💕🤘

Walt took care of my vehicle which was put in through USAA. He did it faster than expected which was a great surprise. He also took care of other minor issues with my car that was totally unexpected. I highly recommend!!

They did a great job at fixing my air conditioning broke last week

Right before I moved to FL, my car got side swiped. No crazy damage, but enough that I needed body work done. Within the first week of moving here, I took my car to Caliber and they took care of everything so seamlessly. The communication was great, I got text updates about my car, it was done sooner than expected and it came back looking like nothing ever happened. If I ever had to get body work done again, I would 100% take my car to Caliber.

My experience with Caliber was exceptional. Lexi was friendly and extremely professional. The repairs were completed 2 days ahead of schedule and my car looks great. I appreciated the text updates along the way. The entire process was seamless from Geico to Caliber to completion. One phone call to Geico set everything in motion. When I arrived all the paperwork was ready for my signature and my rental was waiting—a very nice rental equal in value to my SUV-thanks Enterprise. I was in and out in 15 mins. This was a blessing during these trying COVID times. By far this is the most pleasing professional experience of any I have experienced here in FL in my 10 yrs. I am very appreciative this job well done.

I got my truck back last week after sustaining damage to the front bumper. So far everything looks great, I have no complaints. The girls at the office helped make the unpleasant experience of damaging your vehicle much more bearable. They were professional, courteous, and kind. They also did a good job keeping me in the loop with my truck’s status via texts. They seem to genuinely care what the customers think and want to see eveybody happy with their work.

Fast, pleasant experience. Took my car in to get some framework fixed after an accident. Lori, the front end manager, made me feel welcome and not a disruption to her day. When I called she took the time to listen and address any concerns I had. The Geico adjusters were efficient and courteous. The repairs were flawless! All in all the Caliber team made a potentially stressful situation not bad at all.

Insurance companies recommendation. Should have gone another way. Runs in the paint, stripes dont match up, and nonexistent customer service after you leave. Every time Ive called its the same from the GM on down to all the service advisors. Not waiting on that call anymore and that guarantee is just paper apparently.

The shop did an EXCELLENT job in very short period. The front of the car was damaged by an animal strike, and the paint job on the replaced parts is perfect. In addition they found damage from a previous run in with an opossum and took care of that. The frosting on the cake was when I picked up the car and found it completely detailed. I would not hesitate to recommend A-1 Auto Body.

We took our car in to have minor damage repaired from hitting a deer. It took nearly 2 months to get the car back. After a month of texts about how they were almost done, I went to check on the car and they had barely started. It took pressure from my insurance company to finally get the car back. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I would highly suggest you take your car somewhere else, anywhere else, to get it repaired!!! When we finally got the car back the paint on the front of the hood had obvious orange peel, I would call it a very mediocre repair job even after the long wait.

I’ve gotten rear ended twice now and have taken my car here both times. The first time I came here with minor paint damage on my bumper that was fixed up rather quick and nicely. The second time however I had a little more bumper damage which caused small cracks around the reflector on my bumper. They fixed it up and gave it back to me with a small crack still in the bumper. When I called to let them know there was still a crack in my bumper they were very accommodating and told me to bring it back in. They put me in a rental car and fixed it up much nicer and cleaner looking the second time around. While I was upset it didn’t get fixed right the first time, hence the 4 stars instead of 5, I was still quite pleased with their service and accommodations overall both times I’ve been here. Shout out to Mike and Ashley for helping me out. Thanks.

I chose this shop based on reviews and my initial experience during the estimate process. I will not return because their quality of work is less than par. I needed a new rear chrome bumper and a new hitch support. Easy right? Well the bumper was not level, by a lot, and the truck bed was crooked. When I showed the them, I was looked at like I had done something wrong for not accepting it. Then after they fixed it, there was tape glue all over my tailgate. Attention to detail is not in their vocabulary. Very dissappointed.

I wouldnt let these people touch my bicycle. If you mention a problem with their poor work they get an attitude that is borderline abusive. Go across the street to American Auto Body for a better experience and more competent repair of your vehicle.

Just got off the phone with these extremely rude people. They have had the car for almost 1.5 months just for some front end damage. Joanna was very very rude and not understanding at all about how long they are taking to repair the vehicle. They keep delaying the day the vehicle will be done. I dont have the car back yet and from the other reviews Im almost certain the repairs will be half assed done and Ill have to wait even longer for them to fix the car. I would NEVER recommend anybody go to this body shop, find somewhere else to go! Maybe this place needs to read the reviews people leave them so they can get someone on the phones who can actually provide good customer service and better repairmen because obviously they hire mediocre employees.
