Mr Appliance fixed the dishwasher. I got a text message with picture of repairman Matt with his identification on the day before he arrived. He was very professional. He put a floor mat at the house entrance and put shoe covers on his feet before coming inside our home. He had it diagnosed in a half hour. He told me the price of the part and ordered it. Part arrived in 3 days. I called to schedule return trip. There was a two week mix up with scheduling my repair but Eileen worked hard to rectify miscommunication and got Matt to my house the next day. The miscommunication was with the answering service, not with Matt or regular office. I recommend to call during regular business hours only and not to leave message with answering service. I thought the price of $550 for part was expensive for a dishwasher but was better than the alternative. A new dishwasher same model was $800 and 6 week wait for delivery. Part comes with a year parts and labor warranty. I will use them again.I have to add that, in this case, the YouTube video for self repair would have misdiagnosed the problem entirely.

Matt from Mr Appliance was great. We have used Mr Appliance several times. Matt has converted two gas dryers from natural gas to lp gas as the manufacturer only ships dryers as natural gas. Always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. We keep them on speed dial.

I called to have my Samsung refrigerator diagnosed because it was no longer staying cold for both the freezer and refrigerator. I called Mr Appliance on March 1st. They stated that it would cost $189 for a diagnosis and if I decide to move forward after they diagnosed the problem, they would waive th diagnosis fee. They were going to call once they found out was wrong, let me know the cost and ASK if Id like to move forward with the repair. I told the office person that I wouldnt be home because I had to work but my adult son would be there. They said thats fine, just put a card on file and we can charge the card the DIAGNOSIS fee. Ok thats fine. Well the repair man Justin, sent me a text saying he should be to my house in 15 mins. After that I hadnt heard from him. I called my son to see what was going, my son advises me that hes doing a few things to the fridge, asking him some questions etc. After about 2 hours, I still hadnt heard anything from the repair man about the outcome or diagnosis, next thing I know, I see a bill for a repair. I NEVER AUTHORIZED the repair, I simply asked for it to diagnosed. I expected to hear from the company to update me with information or if I wanted them to run my card, I heard NOTHING. At around 6am the next day, my card was charged for the unauthorized repair of $297. I called the company THAT MORNING to find out why they charged my card, I never authorized the repair. Did the repair fix the problem, YES, however I did authorize the repair, I didnt even know how much the repair would cost until they sent me a bill via email and then charged my card on file. When I spoke with the office lady, she said she will email Justin to look further into what happened and she will call back. I didnt hear back that day so I called the next day, she stated there still was no response back from Justin. Then I gave them several days to hear back, NOTHING so I called back to follow up. They said they forwarded the concern to the owners who were out of town but they can still communicate via email and once they have a resolve from the owners they will call. Still NOTHING. So call again a few days later, they hear back from them boss, as I hear the office lady skim through the email I hear her read well what does she want? she proceeded to ask, is the fridge working? Yes, it is working that isnt my complaint, my complaint is, my card was charged for an amount that I did NOT authorize because I didnt initially AGREE to the repair, not to mention I never RECEIVED a final payment receipt for the money you took from my account. What if he charged $500 for the repair, I wasnt given the option to chose on whether or not I wanted to shop around more or continue with the service. So they office lady said, the owner BOB said he will contact you soon. That was on March 10 2021, it is now March 14th and I have yet to hear from ANYONE or receive my receipt of payment. I am very disappointed at their service, and business ethics. To not reach out to a customer regarding their concerns to at least explain the policies of how the payment works or doesnt work, to apologize for the lack of communication, to give me a discount for the inconvenience to do SOMETHING. Its extremely unprofessional, possibly illegal to take money that wasnt authorized, Im pretty disgusted.

They were GREAT called them up on Tuesday before Thanksgiving so that Friday first thing in the AM they came out an had the washer fixed within 5minutes,the repair service man wash AWESOME as well, I think he deserves a RAISE.

Our washing machine, only 5 years old, began leaking water. All visible connections were tight. Called Mr. Appliance and they responded the next day. The service tech identified an internal hose broken. Had to order part and returned next day with a part, installed and machine was fixed. Very timely and efficient service. Note that each service tech was appropriately dressed for virus protection, shoe covers, masks and gloves. Well done. My only negative is that I thought the cost was somewhat excessive, but in the long run, you get what you pay for. Ill use them again.

I appreciate the communication; text reminder the day before, a text with name and picture of service technician prior to arrival and call just before arriving. I can go about my day and be alerted just before he arrived.
Will not use them again. They showed up when scheduled, identified what I already knew (a broken tumbler belt) and then they did not have the part with them to fix it. Rescheduled again two days later. Technician had the kit, started to do the fix and the kit wasnt right. I was supposed to get new rollers and a tensioner along with the belt. The rollers were not the right ones. The Tech then proceeded to replace the belt which took all of about 10 minutes. All this for $322.00 for an $8 dollar part. They get you by telling you its a $99.00 service charge if you dont have them do the fix, so you are already into them for $99 even if you think the charge is too high.
Professional technician diagnosed the problems and provided his recommendations. Although the repair was expensive, it has a warranty for another year. Hopefully it will provide many more years of service.
They knew I was moving and the new owners were coming in 3 days and the refrig had to be fixed...they came out in a timely matter and ordered the part snd we were back to a working refrig!!!!...Thank you Matt and Mr Appliance!!!!
When I first called they gave me an appointment for 2 days away so I asked them to call if they had any cancellations. They called me back in an hour and said they could do it that day. I was thrilled with the service call, since I really needed my dryer.

I am thrilled with the service that we received from Mr. Appliance! After calling the office, we had someone out to look at our Samsung washer the very next day. Our technician, Matt, immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part to fix the problem. He had our machine back in working order in a matter of days from our first contact with his company. I believe the service was professional and well done. I think a $90 charge to initially arrive and determine the issue is over reaching. Repairman Jim was wonderful and diagnosed my dryer issue in approximately 10 min and complete the repair in 20 min. In the future I will price out repair companies closer to me in hope of reducing the cost.

Our vent hood wasnt drawing air. Mr. Appliance sent a very young (but friendly) tech that couldnt isolate the problem. He blamed it on the ductwork. Since he wasnt authorized to work on the ductwork, we had to call and pay the HVAC company to check this. They found absolutely no problems. Called Mr. Appliance back to reschedule another visit...this time preferably someone with more experience. Also, told them I have no intention to pay another $99 service call charge. After 2 weeks, I still have not received notice that they have scheduled another tech. Will call again today.

A four year old problem was fixed in one quick visit with the help of olive oil.
It cost me just under $100 to find out that the roaring noise that my washing machine was making was caused by a bearing that would cost me $900 to replace. That is a significant cost for that information. The repairman was very nice and the booking was quick and easy.

Had an ice-maker replaced on our Frigidaire refrigerator-freezer last week. The service was quick and efficient, but the pricing was ridiculous. The diagnostic fee was $89. Once I backed out the diagnostic fee from the total bill, the cost of the ice-maker came to $343. I made mention to the service technician that was a lot of money for an ice-maker and he responded that yes, they are that high. After the work had been done, I looked up pricing for that ice-maker since I now had a part number. The pricing ranged from $46 to $89, plus shipping. Before any repair wok is done, you might want to check part pricing on your own.

These guys really know what they are doing and have a great technician but you really pay for it. Their pricing it at least 4 times as high as you can get it done for elsewhere. You are paying for the Franchise name. The quoted me one price and then charged my wife another when I was not home. I will never use or recommend them ever again. Just beware
