Non-existent customer service.. spoke to someone there, sent over pictures of what I wanted done. Waited 3 weeks and no response.. sent pictures again with better description and my phone number and we still have no response, not even a thank you for contacting.. either this business is not that good or my very simple bracket is to difficult... Id definitely think twice about using them..

I want to Thank Chuck, and Todd for getting it done. I needed an (S) bend fabricated in 2- 4x8 sheets of .040 aluminium sheetmetal. I am replacing the front nose cap on an Rv since delamination was occurring, and wasnt going that filon glued to board route again! Todd wanted to do it right and he did! Thanks for making it happen!!!

Work wise does ok. Scheduling very poor, expect to wait weeks or even a month after dropping off your work. His next week statement is never next week.
