They were very organized and detailed from the first call. We had a flooding situation with our AC. I was in a bit of panic when I called, the office patched me thru to a service man. He was able to insure that they would be out the following day. The office had someone available between 5-7 pm and that was during normal business hours and an extra service fee would not be charged. They called ahead of time, were extremely professional and polite, corrected the problem and were very reassuring. They are now our go to people. Thank You Executive Air.

So I had an appointment last Tuesday from 4 to 6pm they never called or showed till 730 pm they would have never came unless I called...the technician was great idk whats going on in the office or management but fast forward to today I had to get repairs made so I set up an appointment for 4 to 6pm and they called and said they couldnt do it cause it was raining at the office..it never rained where the work was to be done another no call no show

What a Great company They had a technician Rich out to my house the same day I called. I received a text when Rich was on his way to my house with his name and approximate arrival time. Rich was able to fix the issue of the heat not turning off with a temporary fix and ordered a new control board and was installed a few days later. Although all the techs are great ask for Rich he is the best. With their prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable staff I will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs.

The technician who service our air conditioning/heating system arrived promptly on time, was very knowledgeable and able to answer several questions that I had concerning the systems. He went about his job checking out both of the systems that are in my house. In addition he was very polite and restored everything to it’s original condition before he left, and all in all did a great job to my great satisfaction! The service technician came on time, was very knowledgeable. Told us about a UV light to prevent mold, mildew, etc. and we had him install it. He did so very efficiently.

Very prompt, responded right away when we called, had a tech out to the house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us several options, and even recommendations to improve system performance. Office was very courteous, kept us informed on status and within a few hours of receiving the part had a tech out to us and system up running better than before. The moment I have feared for years. After putting it off as long as I could my 1998 Trane unit finally gave out. I contacted Joe at Executive Cooling and Heating and to my surprise he made it almost painless! In one day he had the best crew I have ever seen work together at my house and installed a New Trane unit. They replaced every component, line, thermostat and even made new duct work and the price was GREAT! Bryce was on the job and I have to say he is really on top of things. Not only did he check and double check everything but he explained everything to his crew as well ensuring they were all on the same page. After the install he came back just to make sure everything was doing well and be sure the job was ready for inspection.If you need AC repair or an entire replacement just call these guys. Dont waste your time trying to save a dollar! The name Trane speaks for itself but you definitely want the right guys on the job to do the install! Thanks again guys!!

I had a new heating and air system installed by David and Ryan both young men were very professional and polite. Once they completed the install they cleans up, and there were no signs that they had just completed a install. David helped me set the thermostat up online and took the time to explain all the features. Every staff member that I interacted with was very pleasant.

My apartment started feeling REALLY hot and thank God I caught the temp going up in time ! I called Executive right away. It was later in the day and they helped me trouble shoot to help keep my house cool until they could get there the next morning . They sent a tech out the very next morning. Technician was performing regular maintenance and detected a burnt relay that was arcing probably on start. After pointing it out to me he advised I could wait till it caused a problem. I had him replace it while he was there. It’s getting hot now and his checkup saved me some probable grief later and saved me some money too.

I was referred to this company by another competitor from Home Advisor. There is no communication in letting me know whether a technician was running late. The receptionist promised the technician will call me between 12:00 to 2:00. Called the office at 2:15, receptionist told me the technician will be at my house at any minute. After receiving no response by 3:00 pm, I called another company and they took care of my air conitioner. Sorry but you lost a future customer!

The Men who did the installation were very professional and did an absolute great job and looks wonderful. Even the inspector that comes to your home to make sure all is done right and in code, commented on how well the job looked, that was on the air handler itself (what hangs from the celling that moves the air) this was before he went out side to see the condensing unit. When he saw the sticker that showed (Executive Cooling & Heating) he said they always do excellent work. Tom the owner was very professional and had a good price better than the others I got estimates from.I worked in the field since 1971 99% of the time in commercial HVAC Factories. The profession has changed the refrigerant since I worked in the field but I do know the rest of the field and this company is top notch. I retired in 2000.

My experience with Tim was atrocious, he forged my signature on the work order, never wrote info he needed to order the part, was rude, and tried to charge for work not done! Wow what an experience, BEWARE!! UPDATE: Customers: Instead of a company calling to resolve the matter for weeks after the fact, the owner decides to write a 3 paragraph defense where they decided to smear and exaggerate, the Covid issue defense they bring up for Forgery is BS, the techs didnt even wear any face masks and never explained or shown what they were going to forge, I checked with my attorney and it is forgery. the owner is lazy and not truthful!!!

Every thing I was told would get done was!When it was checked and cleaned a month ago, the service tech did a wonderful job.He removed the cover and inspected the unit, tested the system, and made sure it was running properly. When I asked what he was looking for, and what he was doing, he explained the process.This is not a fly by night, or franchise type company. These are people that do what they contract to do, return calls, and have helpful and courteous staff. The office staff are fantastic too, always friendly, pleasant, and professional.Ive been recommending them to everyone I know!

I contacted Dwight Fast with Executive and told him what had occurred. He brought out an air purification machine, which when used would eliminate any mold spores and or bacteria.
