Only place in town that has Boxing sparring and training opportunities. First class is free of charge and everyone is pretty friendly and helpful.Recently they switched from the downtown location to the Gladish Rec Center and theres tons more room now. Way better location.

I don’t think this place is still open

The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a busy life and are not able to show up to every training they understand and are happy to have you there when you can.

Taking Muay Thai classes right now, and loving it! I plan to continue, and learn BJJ and kickboxing as well!

Clean, nice atmosphere. Very smart and thoughtful instructors.
