I have traveled from La Junta to Pueblo twice now to Aguilar Barber. It was well worth my time and money. They did take me as a walk in the first to.e but they really prefer you use the app for appointments. I used the app and thought the whole process was easy and straightforward. They have barbers that specialize in different factors, including straight razor shaving. Both barbers were very professional and good conversationests. I have a longer than average beard and hair style and have been very pleased after my visits. They also take cards in each both for convenience. I will be back again, and recommend them to others.

I have been bringing my son to get his hair cut for 2 years. I have always loved how his hair turns out. We typically go to Jay and he does amazing. But unfortunately he was booked and we needed to get in before befoer the first day of school. We scheduled with Esmerelda. I sent my son and boyfriend inside. She first was curling her hair acting to busy to help him see who the appointment was with. Then when he figured out it was her she put the booster seat on with out saying anything to cut my sons hair. We always do a fade, comb over w the hard line. He now has two hard lines a half a inch apart. The fade is all one length. I specifically ask every time for the top hair not to be cut. I even provide pictures for reference each time. If i where in there i would not have paid for this terrible cut. I had to fix his lines and fade as soon as he got home. Why pay for a hair cut if i have to fix it? I am extremely disappointed and will never book with her again

I hadn’t been to the south side aguilars in 13 years and I now remember why I won’t be returning again. My father and I went to get a haircut without realizing we needed to book an appointment ahead of time we arrive and start the process of booking an online appointment. As we’re calling to ask if they have any availability, a rude beautician comes outside to condescendingly repeat what is written on the sign we are right in front of as if we can’t read. I felt she was rude and dismissive and I can’t support a business that fosters that environment.I understand it’s a pandemic but I thought we were done being rude to each other.

I needed a hair cut cut badly. Made a appt. over phone and saw Marcella. She shaved head and beard and finished with a relaxing head massage. I was pleased with her friendliness as we conversed and cut hair. Great experience. Thanks.

Had a fade and beard trim by Jennifer while I was in town visiting family. She was very kind and professional. She takes great care of her clients. The fade looked great! I highly recommend stopping in to see her.

I called in. They said you need to make an appointment on-line. I did. When I arrived, I called in, not knowing what the Covid mandate currently was. The lady said come in door 2 and have a seat. I waited to be called. 45 minutes later, they start cleaning to close. I asked, will I get my hair cut tonight? Hair was cut, not a great job. Im sure they all wanted to go home.

Ive gone to the same barber for 7 plus years. After they shut down I tried this barber. Esmeralda was the lady who cut my hair. I was very nervous and untrusting when I went in. When I left I told myself I found my new barber! She took very good care of me. Ill he using her from now on

We went to the southside shop to see if they were taking walk-ins. Reading the directions, andgoing to the webpage we read that we need to call if we’re making an appointment for two people at the same time. Beautician comes out and starts telling us we need to use the webpage and we’re not taking walk-ins anyway. Very rude and short treating us as if we didn’t go to the webpage and we weren’t looking at our phones. you could tell she was just trying to get back to her customers… didn’t appreciate being treated that way. In this time more than ever we need to be a little more polite it’s hard to support local businesses when they don’t know how to treat potential customers

I just moved here from Denver and to say I’m a little picky is an understatement.. I LOVE The patience Victoria had with my son, he was throwing a tantrum before this, he didn’t want his hair cut. I knew what I wanted but really couldn’t explain it, she did it perfectly and skilled. My baby looks so handsome and stylish. Thank you Victoria for doing such a great job and asking me questions step-by-step to make sure you got what I wanted.I love that she did that.Before picture at home to show how long his hair was. :)

I just recently moved to Pueblo and I had to find a new barber. I booked an appointment with Zanne Brown. This guy is awesome! He is very kind and welcoming. I like a good fade and he knows exactly how to do it! I just received my 2nd cut from him and it exceeds my expectations.

I had an appointment with Jay a week ago and showed him a picture of a new style I wanted to get, a hardline on each side of my head at the natural part line. Without hesitation, he got to work. Conversation with him was constant which was nice because I dont like sitting in a chair for 30 minutes and all you hear are clippers going. After all was said and done, he informed me that this was the 1st time he had done that style and I said, you did an amazing job! His professionalism was top notch. Great job Jay!

The barber we scheduled for my son left to the store prior to our appointment. Its located in a King Soopers shopping mall....thinking it wouldnt take too long. We left after waiting 30 minutes. Such a shame as I took my whole family here...he couldve called and communicated. Too bad because I tip well

Larry cut son hair was terrible, he shaved my son hair when it was supposed be scissor cut I was super disappointed especially it was picture day for my son!

I have been getting my haircut from Tony for several years. He always takes the time to give me a great haircut. I especially like the way he shaves my neck and around my ears with a straight razer. Before COVID he always finished with a hot towel which was great. My dad was a barber in Pueblo for over 30 years and Tony gives haircuts that are comparable to the ones my dad gave me when he was alive. If you want a great old-fashioned haircut like you got in the 50s, Tony is your guy!! Best barber in Pueblo.

Get my hair cut here every time I come back home. It’s always a great cut, and the barbers are always friendly. The prices are also really good for what you get. The wait can be pretty long sometimes if you just walk in, so I’d recommend calling first.

Place is authentic, but could use a serious update. They do have some serious professional barbers. So due to the fact they have pros that compensate for the lack of a serious dated place. Made up for it.

Went as a walk in. I was in the mood for a haircut and Lucinda ended up cutting my hair. I needed a new person to go to all the time. My girl left town and I haven’t had anyone I want to keep going to. After Lucinda cut my hair I was hooked! She cut my hair just like the pictures I showed her. Did it even better that I imagined. Long story short I’m happy they got me in right away as a walk in and that I found Lucinda I will continue going to her. I highly recommend her!

My husband and son both got haircuts today and it was a great experience. I should add that my son has a sensory processing disorder and haircuts are always the worst. Today was the first time he sat on his own and laughed instead of cried. Harvest took the time to show him the clippers, turned them on and let him touch them to show him that yes they are loud but they tickle. She also periodically used the hair dryer to keep the hair clippings off of him so that he had a really good experience. He kept smiling and laughing when she used the “tickles” (clippers). I’m so grateful. My husband was seen by Desiree and she also did a great job. Both my boys look great with their new cuts. Thanks ladies!

Great most of the time depending on who you get to cut hair. Seems like they avoid cutting kids hair and all conveniently take a break when our kids come in. Hair cuts are always dapper when theyre done. Tried to go on a Sunday when everything online said they were open till 6 even called before driving 45 minutes there getting there by 5 and they were closed. Overall great hair cut no matter what. Customer service and friendliness could improve.

The lady got attitude after I was waiting 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment...on their website and front door it says they will contact the customer to let them know when to come in, what door to enter and her excuse was the website is not up to date??? They like to yell at 2 year olds that can’t even talk yet even though their parent was clearly in range of them. Walked out. Never going back. Very unprofessionally handled the situation.
