Ive been going to this branch for a little over a year now and Ive had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and are always willing to answer questions and help in any way they can.The building itself is very well decorated and the big windows make it seem like a warm environment.Overall, great place. I highly recommend it.

I have only had positive experiences with DFCU. I regularly go into the Provo branch to make deposits, and I am treated like family. The crew even knows me by name! They are always so positive, extremely helpful, and always seek to find ways to improve. I am thoroughly satisfied with their product and customer service, and see no reason for them to earn anything less than 5 stars

Great bank for BYU students. Staff is always friendly. The soda on tap is great. It’s quiet enough with a decent atmosphere you could even do homework here if you wanted. Oh and the location is great too!

We recently opened an account here, and went to deposit a paycheck from Smiths Food and Drug. We were told that they needed to place a 2 day hold on the check. Fine, I thought, no big deal. We are now 5 days out from when they placed the hold, and it still hasnt been released. We called customer service and were told that the hold would be in place until July 19, two weeks from when it was placed. On top of that, they are now trying to charge an overdraft fee even though we have the money in the account!I understand temporary holds, but placing a two week hold on a check from a gigantic national corporation, and then charging overdrafts because they didnt release the hold when they said they would is absurd. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I highly recommend you do the same.

Told me my car payment was taken care of the for the month, when no money was taken out of my account, I told the person I was speaking to multiple time it was odd for it not to show the payment being taken out, next month came and I talked to someone and said that the payment was indeed not paid for, I called multiple times to fix my direct deposit and it took me reaching out to the ceo to get this taken care of, it lowered my credit score quite a bit not making that payment, if you ever get a car loan dont go to this credit union specifically. It should have been taking care of a while ago and it shouldnt have shown up on my credit that I didnt make a payment cause I had the money to make it and I called it shouldnt fall back on me just because employees that work at 2 to 3 dont know how to do their job right.

Besides the great location and unlimited soda - let me tell you about the customer service! When I first started at this credit union I was experiencing the negative effects of defaulted student loans and in need of elevating my credit score. I open a secured credit line here and within a few months of on time payments, my credit score rookceted upward. The assistant manager answered all of my questions and educated me the best dates to use my credit card, what percent of the limit to use and dates to pay off my bil to boost my score.After about 6 months of being a customer, some deposits were placed in the wrong account instead of being applied to my credit card bill.I could not see where they went! I was frantic where the money was and after working with Megan for about 10-15 minutes, we had everything sorted out and my worries were put as ease. They quickly apologized for the miz up and compensated me for the error. Best credit union to work with!

You guys should really fix your hours. Today I drove 25 minutes to your branch because it said it was open until 7pm, but it isn’t. Only your ATM’s are open until 7pm. Not specifying that can make it a huge inconvenience in some cases.

Ive had a great experience with this branch! I just opened a small business account and transferred my personal account to them. Ive gotten a great deal on my checking account and opening bonuses. Additionally the staff here is great, many of them know me by name and quickly pull up my account info as I walk in.

Ive been in the sharing program, so I dont have an account with this bank. But they always treat me well. I havent had really any wait time whenever Ive gone there, although I usually go early afternoon.
