He really helped us out! We didnt have the money to pay everything up front so we were able to pay the rest 2 weeks later on our next pay day. Especially with it being the Christmas season we where tight with money. He was very understanding! And was able to fix it the next day after it had happened. This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. They are honest, kind, and go out of their way to help you. They are also very good at what they do. For example, after a repair on my window from a different auto shop failed( the fix lasted a month or so), I took my car to Nicos and they were able to fix it the first time. I havent had a problem since.

I first started going to them when some years ago when they were located on state street in Orem. Needed to get my renewal done but only wanted to go to one place to do everything. Originally wen to Lube Doc who said itd be a 40 minute wait and said I could come back between 4:30-5:00 when it was slower if I wanted. Neither option was practical with a small energetic child. I looked on the dmv website for another place to do on the spot renewal and found Nicos. I called and asked how long the wait was and he said he could help me as soon as I got there.When I arrived I was greeted outside by Gaston, which was sooo nice. I didnt have to wonder where to park or who to talk to, it was just great service from the start. As one of the employees worked on my car, Gaston chatted with me and it was so obvious this man was happy to give good service and enjoyed helping others. I was there maybe a total of 20 minutes, which included time I stayed longer to finish our lovely conversation. I was able to meet his wonderful wife and chatted with them both for a moment. They were both so genuine and such a wonderful couple.Really couldnt beat this service, quick and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone!

My wife and I were driving when suddenly our car started to die (alternator and other problems), and as we pulled off the road our car died literally RIGHT IN FRONT of the shop. What a miracle!Gaston greeted us and was so friendly and helpful from the start. He let us know he could personally take the battery to Auto Zone to be charged for free and then would take care of the car, whether that required just cleaning the terminals or if it was actually due to the alternator.He then offered to drive us back to our apartment since my wife had class and we had a great conversation the whole way. Ill be going back later and may update then, but I can tell this place is serious about quality, human service. I feel like I can talk about any issue on my mind and Ill receive an honest answer.Couldnt recommend enough!! They will take care of you.

I bought a car from Nicos a few months ago and had a great experience. My Dad and I were just out looking at cars around 9:30 at night when I got off of work. Long story short, we got in touch with the owner and he was willing to come out to talk with us that night!He was very friendly and honest about the car. He willingly explained about a small wreck that the car had been in, and then showed us the repairs that had been done. The price of the car was very fair and it has worked great for me. At some point the trunk stopped closing so I gave him a call on a Saturday and he got it fixed on Monday.This place is great, and I definitely recommend them.

Went to Nicos to look at a used car for my daughter. They let her take it to have it inspected at a car repair shop. The repair shop said the tires and the catalytic converter were bad and wouldnt pass emissions or safety. Nicos said they would just pass them anyway and let us have a vehicle that wasnt safe or environmentally friendly. We decided to shop elsewhere.

Gaston, who owns Nicos Auto was referred to me 8+ years ago and was told he was honest and would price things fairly---a unique trait in the auto repair business. Since then I have taken all of my vehicles to him for repair---he has always been fair on pricing, great to work with including excellent customer service and great quality work.5+ Years ago I was interested in purchasing an F250 Pick up from another dealer. Gaston went through the truck for me and told me the issues the truck had and wrote up a repair list with costs. Gaston got the truck up and running for me....and it ran great until the truck developed a misfire in the engine. Gaston and Carlos at Nicos Auto recommended rebuilding the engine heads---but the repair was quite expensive, so I received opinions from 2 other mechanics to replace the engine.Not wanting to hurt my relationship with Gaston in case things didnt go well, I opted to have the engine rebuilt by Daves Auto in Centerville UT. That was a mistake as over the next 2 years I brought my truck back to Daves multiple times for warranty work...and they could never resolve the cylinder 5 misfire issue. At one point they declared the problem to be electrical, and not mechanical, and charged me over $500 to diagnose the problem as they said it wasnt covered under warrantyGaston consulted with me on how to resolve the issue, and Carlos ran a test and pinpointed the problem right away. This made me doubt the quality of work at Daves Auto that they couldnt diagnose the issue, so I finally opted to have Gaston open up the engine to see what the problem was, even though it would invalidate my warranty with Daves Auto. Gaston found that Daves shop used some new parts, but they were lower quality, and that the the rebuild work had not been done right. Gaston fully tore down the engine, oversaw the machining of the heads, replaced the shotty parts with good quality parts. It took some time, but the engine runs like new. In retrospect I wish I had just had Gaston fix the engine instead of going somewhere else; would have saved me a lot of headache and frustration...and money!I highly recommend working with Nicos Auto. I am very pleased with their integrity and quality of work, and also the pricing. They go out of their way to do an excellent job. I have recommended Nicos to all of my friends and neighbors and they have had a similar experience.

Very helpful in getting you used parts where they can to save you money. I was recommended to Nikkos by my dad who had his engine replaced by them, and was obviously impressed by them. My right front end came apart. I thought it would be something that didnt happen often enough that most mechanics wouldnt know what to do, but they where right on it, no problem. They do alot more than the basic services. If you have something major Id definitely recommendthem, for all vehicals needs, major or minor.

I have visited Nicos auto 3 times so far.My first time I just came for oil change and they went above and beyond on their service. My honk was not working for a long time, after I got my car back the honk was working. Price is impossible to beat .I came a second time to Nicos auto because my best friend brother came to visit and his car died before leaving town. Gaston came on a Saturday afternoon pick up the car and fixed it for a fair price.For my third visit I came because my tires blowed up on the freeway. Gaston got me tires for an awesome price and got my car all ready to go really quick.He is the person to go when I have any problem on my car.
