Terry, the service tech was excellent. A new thermostat was ordered the morning of the diagnostic visit and arrived that afternoon. However, scheduling couldnt provide a time slot to install the thermostat for 9 days! In my opinion there needs to be more availability in the schedule to better accommodate the customers needs.
I ordered replacement parts for my dishwasher by phone. The rep was super helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to text me the schematics to verify the parts I was after. That part was great. The price... not so great. The parts weren’t fancy or even mechanical, though I paid a lot. 2 parts arrived after about 10 days. After 4 weeks of back order I finally canceled the second half of my order. The parts I did receive were good quality, though.
Very easy to setup an appointment and their prices are pretty good compared to other companies around the area.
We had a really bad experience with A&E. The technician was great and the only person who seemed concerned about getting our appliance fixed. The customer service was very poor. The parts they ordered took months to get in and when we called they would tell us there was no one we could talk to. If I got upset they would then connect me with someone. Part of the problem was it was a GE warrantee repair, but after two months the technician finally came out and did the work and the fridge still didnt work, and A&E told me as far as they were concerned their job was done, and to work with GE. I would NOT go with A&E or GE again, so find someone else! Very dissatisfied!
NOT A RETAIL LOCATION!! Tried to find in in the mall. The phone # listed goes to a computer operated phone line
Repairman called prior to appointment to tell me could come early. He was courteous and professional. His attention to detail and listening was terrific. He went above and beyond to ensure I was more than satisfied.Thank you Michael.
TLDR: They rescheduled me so many times (5) without even consulting me that they expected me to wait 3 months for a repair my home warranty already had me pay for. The service tech that showed up was at least nice and informative so mayne this is a problem with whoever is doing the scheduling and contacting customers. If you need something repaired in a timely manner, dont bother using them. If your home warranty tries to assign them to you, like they did with us, request a different place ASAP! Our dryer repair was scheduled for June. First appointment they showed up fine. Parts were ordered and then a no show. No call, no text, no email. I had to call when they didnt show and find out it was rescheduled for a month out without even asking me first what would work. No show. I called and it was a supposed misunderstanding with the scheduling so it was rescheduled. They showed up and installed the parts but didnt stay to make sure it worked. I called that same week to report it still wasnt working. Appointment was scheduled for a few weeks out and surprise, no show! No call, no email, no text. So I called again and find out it was rescheduled without talking to me. Now its in to August. Appointment comes and goes and no show, big surprise. No call, no text, no email. I call and find out yep rescheduled again. Next appointment rolls around and I was not surprised when they no showed. Again, I had to make the call to check on why. They reassured me that I would get a call to reschedule but nope. Instead they texted me and once again didnt bother to check if it works for my schedule. They scheduled it for several weeks out AGAIN. I called my home warranty place during this and they didnt help much either. Just said to wait for the next appointment. Finally after this last time I got a rep with the home warranty who seems to genuinely want to help the customers and he found a different repair place with no problem and they got me scheduled within just one week.
August 2020DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS EVER!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! *EXPLETIVE EXPLETIVE EXPLETIVE!!!***Ive been battling with them for over a year and they have been nothing but headache, frustration, bureaucracy, and stalling. I have to micromanage every single step of the process and I get a different answer every time I try to call. Its always some other department that is taking too long and no one can ever contact them. The one department that can help me consistently has over 2 hour hold times and phone is the only way to get in touch with them. They dont have an email, they dont respond to internal requests to call me back, and when I have been able to get in touch with them theyve passed the buck to someone else with a 3-7 day wait time. Ive been without a washer/dryer for over a month now because the power grid got fried on mine and it has a replacement request.Oh! and the escalation team doesnt answer their phone, and you cant email them because their email box is too full. So obviously theyre not checking or responding to that either. Ready to sue for No Faith action!!!!May 2019I have an extended warrantee. Long story and many frustrating phone calls later this means that only one technician in the whole state is able to come work on my machine. That person calls in sick.....a lot, and no effort to find replacements is made. Any time I need help with my machine the process has taken way longer than they promise. Last week I was finally able to get a tech to my house after 3 months. So so so dont believe that Sears actually cares about their customers.
This is an ongoing nightmare. My Kenmore Elite, which I bought in 2012 has a compressor out. I bought Kenmore because they have been good and lasting through three generations of our family. When we called to have a service repair, we had to wait two weeks! Then they diagnosed that the compressor was out and that the condenser will be a problem as well. Now three weeks later I have had 3 repair appointments cancelled!!!!This is terrible. Sears and their brand is so not near what it stood for even 20 years ago! I still dont have a confirmed appointment because the computer says all spare parts have not been delivered, BUT I have had all the parts for more than two week. I even read the part numbers to the person on the phone, who confirmed, yes those are the part numbers, but the computer says...So they cant clear the computer and the appointments continue to be cancelled. If your counting it has been 6 weeks! Should have known when the repairmen was offering discount certs for new refrigerators during the diagnostic call.
My original appointment was on May 7th to get my washer fixed. The tech called me asked me a few questions then ordered a part. Didnt even come to my house to look at the washer. He told me he had the part overnighted, I didnt get the part until May 27th! 20 days later and my washer is still broke! I called multiple times and got told the same I had to wait until I got the part for a tech to come to my house. When I tried calling to schedule an appointment after I got the part I got hung up after waiting 45 minutes! I finally was able to get a hold of someone through chat. They told me the soonest appointment is June 8th. This worst service Ive ever had! In the past it was amazing but this time around has been joke!!
Trying to make an official complaint to the company and their links sent me here first. Had a nightmare dealing with this company after 6 appointments 4 of which were kept -after all that our washing machine leaked and started flooding our neighbors basement and our landlord had us go through a different company and just replace our laundry combo. I wont be using sears again, after everything we went through their repair people made things go from bad to worse, I had to set aside my mornings and deal with this. They are good about honoring their 90 day guarantee, but I dont expect that Ill be getting my money back.
Pros: (+3) stars for quick diagnosis and repair of my dryer; service tech was very friendly, and even took time to put booties to cover his shoes before entering my home; he even tightened up the dryer panels so that the dryer did not squeak during drying cycle.Cons: (-2) stars for high cost ($275) and poor communication. Technician did provide me total cost after initial diagnosis ($79-non refundable regardless if I did the repair or not.) Additional costs included $95-labor; $101-part. The total diagnosis and repair took less than 30-minutes. This equates to a labor cost of $79 + $95 = $174 for 30-minutes. (Most auto repair shops dont even charge this per hour.) Also, I chose time slot of 10am-2pm. I received email in the early AM on day of repair, but ended up calling Customer Service Center at 2:15pm to find out if the tech was still planning to come to my home because I had not heard from anyone at that point.Final Note: I realize that I could have done the repair myself, and saved some additional money, after the initial diagnosis. In fact, the technician even offered that option to me. I just dont know enough about dryers, plus I received 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Plus, time is money, and I needed the dryer repaired quickly. In the end, it would have been nice if the $79 went towards labor cost.
The repairman was great. He was very personable and proficient. I have no problems with his service. I do have problems with Sears service however. There is no reason your customers should have to wait three plus weeks for the service to be given. Why cant you hire more service technicians in order to reduce the wait? Or if that isnt possible, let the customer use a local repair person who can meet our needs in a timely manner? Another idea would to give a loner on day one until the service is completed. I had three different appointments scheduled due to problems with the repair and waiting for parts. With at least three plus weeks between each one. In total I waited for over nine weeks before I could use my mower. How long do you thing grass gets in that amount of time? It was over three feet tall. You need to either higher more technicians, allow local repairs, or give a loner mower on day one so there is no wait time. If anyone asks if buying a service agreement is worth it, I would have to explain my experience and let them decide if it is worth the time one has to wait.
I hate to give bad reviews, but maybe this will save you $105.00. I was really impressed that they could come a day after I called them, after I told the the fridge and freezer was not cooling. The service guy was great until he stated that he did not have the simple part to put in my fridge and it would be a month before I get it. I am sorry but I really like my fridge. Really this part should be on the truck. I called Provo appliance and they came right out and had the part on the truck which has universal attachments and I didnt have to wait a month.
We purchase a riding lawnmower from sears with the extended warranty. We have attempted for over 3 months to get them to repair it because will not cut grass. Today is the 3rd attempt for them to come. The 2 previous times they just didn’t show up. I have waited home all day because that is what they require. Now I sit waiting for them again. No one seems to want to help. They give a lot of excuses no results. Do not wast your time or money.
First technician came, quickly discovered the faulty idler bearing, lubricated it to be less bothersome until he part came from some distance, installed by the second technician promptly after part delivery. Both technicians were friendly, personable, and professional in every way, giving us confidence this part will solve our problem for the next 5-6 years or more if were lucky. It was easy to make the call and set up the repair which proceeded promptly for a reasonable price. Kudos to Sears Appliance Repair.
My repairman, Alex, was a great guy to work with. He called to let me know when he would arrive, which allowed me to work on other projects instead of wasting my time just wondering and waiting. I also liked being included in the process of describing the symptoms our washer was having and talking together about what the real problem could be. Alex wanted my input. I watched as he tried checking different parts, explaining things as he went along in the process. In the end, it appeared that everything was okay with the washer and I was given the option of whether to have a more expensive procedure done or just putting pad under the leveler feet. In the end, the pads worked. Alex was a good, steady worker and enjoyable to interact with. I felt he was very honest with me. If anything else went wrong, Id enjoy having him back to help. I was very satisfied with the work and cost
Not only did we have to wait more than 2 weeks in 90+ weather for them to repair our AC we were given a 9 hour window when they would show up, and because I couldnt get off work a friend had to come babysit my house. It wasnt until the day of the service they could shorten it to a 2 hour window...which changed 3 different times so my friends day was pretty much wasted. The repair was done quickly and well for which I am thankful.
The technician was very attentive to the time of his arrival. He called once to say he would be delayed by about a half hour. He called a second time to tell us he was on his way and would be about 10 minutes away from arriving. He was friendly and smiling as he went about his business of following up with our yearly maintenance checkup. We expressed no interest in continuing the maintenance agreement in the future. He showed no disappointment and did not pursue the matter, which we appreciated.
Seriously, this was the worst service imaginable. I have been paying $69 a year for 10 years and finally this year needed a repairman. The earlist I could get scheduled was a week away. The repairman comes out and says that it needs a particular part, but that he doesnt carry it on his truck. Hell order it and reschedule for another week out. The part comes in and another guy comes to put it in, but he says it doesnt need that part, it needs a different part that he doesnt carry on his truck. He orders it and reschedules us out for another 10 days. Then the first guy comes back with a different guy that I havent seen before. The new guy sticks his finger in the tube that feeds into the sink and says its plugged and all they need to do is clean out the tube. In the end we were without our dishwasher for about a month. I have no plans to renew the warranty, but instead Ill just pay to have someone local come look at it. Im sure it wont cost me the $700 that Ive paid so far and Im also pretty sure that it would get fixed in much less time.
Our service man called ahead to assure us of his arrival time. He not only serviced our dishwasher, but he also asked if we had noticed any thing else that may need his attention. When I told him of another issue, he checked it out and serviced that as well. Then when I asked him a question about another sears product and he talked me through ideas to check out. He helped us out a lot.
I enjoyed the service and the information the tech gave to me. He warned me that the water pressure in her home is too high and I needed to do something about it. He was friendly, courteous, and very informative.
Very disappointing since they left
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The communication between the person scheduling the appt was great and thorough. They were able to get to me quickly and get me back to doing my laundry. Thank you! :)
Marty was awesome! He was on time and professional. He explained the problem to me and even showed me how to fix if it happened again. He even took the time to look at another appliance and order a part for that. After years of frustration calling local repair men I WILL be calling Sears again and Im telling all my friends to do the same. Worth the money!
I have always appreciated the work that Marty has done for me... he is professional, friendly and he cares and I always feel safe when he is here .... when something needs fixing he is knowledgeable and prompt getting it fixed... I am glad he works for you....Sincerely,Sally
Moved into a new home recently and the dryer was taking forever to dry clothes. Scheduled an online appointment to have it looked at the same day. Technician called ahead before he came and arrived at the time scheduled. Had the part in-stock to fix the dryer. All taken care of within 1 hour. Had a 20% off coupon that the technician honored. Price was withing the range I expected. Great experience all around. Full disclosure - I work for the same parent company as Sears Home Services - Sears Holdings Corporation.
The repairman came at the appointed time and was very courteous. He explained everything well and did not jack up the price with unneeded repairs. We were very pleased
Excellent! Service man was very professional. Explained to me what he was doing and why things were not working correctly. Great attitude and very good service.
The repairman was courteous and somewhat informative. However, my refrigerator is still not functioning properly. The freezer compartment is not cold enough to keep ice cream frozen, and my vegetables freeze solid in the vegetable bin. Overall I am not pleased after being charged over $300 for this repair attempt.
The repair man was polite and efficient. He was helpful in describing possible options to repair my washer. He fixed other potential problems that he noticed when completing the repair. I would call Sears Appliance Repair again.
I was very pleased with the service provided. The technician was very courteous, considerate and helpful. I thought, however, that the back of the refrigerator would be cleaned off also, not just underneath towards the front.
The repairman Micheal was very nice, even to my little dogs. He was in and out in a short amount of time and even made sure my washer was working correctly and level. It was a refreshing experience.
Michael was wonderful. Friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it with ease. Thank you so much.
Appreciated a prompt repair however technician did not properly test the repair and there was still a problem after service. Had to wait an additional few days without a functional washer until he returned.
The timer was broken on our washer. We had to send away for a new one three times. Each time the part would arrive, it would be broken because it had been so poorly packed with no bubble wrap. On the third try, still improperly packed, the part arrived and it was not damaged. Each time our repair man had come but didnt want to put in a damaged part. Finally the third time he was able to install it. Kindly man and good service.
The technician do a great job however Sears customer service call center is based in the Phillipines and the representative couldnt speak English and misunderstood everything I said. She cancelled my appointment for the tech to return and repair my washer and postponed my appointment out by 3 weeks. I will never use them again.
I need to distinguish between the service person and service rendered. Our tech was amazing! If every tech could be like this man, Sears would save mucho dollars on warranty repairs along with those who do not have extended warranties. He was properly trained and knew the ways of the dishwasher to test lesser know problems. He was great.Sadly, he was our third repairman in a month for the same problem. We have a kenmore elite dishwasher, top of the line and it is just junk. This is the second dishwasher installed at our house due to the same repairs and alas, it too will be replaced. I want to say thankfully we have a protection plan on this machine, but I had to pay $$$ extra for it. Frustrated. Expected so much more from this high end dishwasher.
The repair guy was efficient and professional and really nice, I would use them again. Very satisfied with the service
So far we have not had the repairs on the stove, oven, dishwasher but the furnaces, water heater, air conditioner, freezer and fridge have been handled very well and we are pleased with the courteous services were quick and thorough. Thank you, Marian Johnson
Finally fixed. Too long without fridge. Two times waiting three weeks to get parts and find the right solution. Grateful it is fixed nite.
Whatever you do never ever ever use the Sears home appliance repair I called and requested a refrigerator repair the technician came out replaced a $40 part and I was billed $382 I paid the 10 technician while he was here and he left about a week later the refrigerator was working worse than it was before and now I got no water as opposed to just no ice at the same time I got a collection letter double billing me for the same repair. I call the number it Will only take a credit card and not let you talk to a person I call Sears home repair tell them I need my fridge fixed and that their double billing me they informed me that they wont do anything for me until they resolve the national claim center issue and to mail them a letter I have now mailed them three letters and every time I just get abill from them they never acknowledged receiving anything for me so now they want me to pay for the same repair multiple times and refuse to stand behind their work DONT USE THEM
I was impressed by the service technician. He was professional and knowledgeable. On time and quick.
My oven has had a few things fixed on it over the past couple months. I had the same service worker come the first two times and he was great!!! He put pads under the front two pedestals. My floor looked great. Then on the 3rd visit another guy came and he didnt take the same precautions to protect the floor, which why would they do something different! And my wood floor is now ruined where he scratched it. Grrrrr! Oven still isnt working right and I will only be having Hector back to look at it again.
The microwave now bangs sometimes when you turn it on or when it gets ready to stop. It didnt do that before.
The repair man was in every way awesome. He was fun to have here. He was efficient and we appreciated his help!
We were without our refrigerator for just a few days shy of 2 months. This was due to a combination of the wrong part being ordered and installed, not catching that error in 2 subsequent visits and the horrendous wait time between appointments. I know that mistakes can be made, but I feel this took a little too long to correct. When I contacted the Sears repair center, I feel that they were shrugging off my concerns about how long the process was taking. They offered no help even though I explained some extenuating circumstances. If the repair hadnt been covered under warranty, I would not have used Sears repair, I would have contacted a local appliance repair. I will use Sears as long as I have a warranty, but after that expires, I will never call them again.
The serviceman arrived on time and completed the service quickly. He also provided helpful information on the operation of the Kenmore stove.
Very poor service....3 trips to repair and still not fixed....after the first repairman came he told us that the refrigerator had 3-4 major things wrong and would be too expensive to repair and that the Master Warranty should cover a replacement! However...Sears is still trying to find parts and make a repair...in the mean time my tenant has been without a refrigerator for over a month! I have been a Sears customer for over 40 years and I am shocked at this poor service!
We have had Kenmore water softeners in our home for over 20 years. The newer Kenmore Elite Hybrid was installed by Sears in 2013. Over the years, we have had two MAJOR water leaks/floods. Two A&E technicians who visited our home this year have separately informed us that your water softeners were incorrectly installed, against Kenmore specifications. They tell us that our water leaks were both due to the faulty installation. We have since spoken with the company that builds the Kenmore Elite. Their technical representative confirmed what your A&E techs told us.
Spencer, my tech, who was from DISH was very accommodating and pleasant. He did a fantastic job!
I was impressed with the thoroughness of the yearly check of my Sears appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine.) It took almost two hours to complete and if the repairman came across something he had a question about, hed call in to find the answer instead of just guessing what needed to be done or just letting it go.
I bought a high end most expensive kenmore elite fridge and the biggest residential version they offered in the store. This was just over two years ago. 25 mi this later my fridge completely goes out. I call Sears to repair and they tell me this high end fridge has an extended warranty on he compressor and some other internal parts but not on labor. Ill have to pay almost 500 out of pocket to fix it. So fine pissed off I agree lets get it fixed cause it cost over 2000.00 for a new one. Well slight problem they cant seem to get the parts so they keep deferring my repair dates. Long story short I get delayed over a month before they can finally get the parts in. Is that my fault? Im out a fridge the entire time and they dont offer a loaner or at some point say sorry we will just replace it for you. Nope they make me wait and each time I ask I talk to a rep that barely speaks English and who is fairly curt in responses. But they did tell me that I had truly bought the best fridge on the market. Although its weird that all the parts are still on back order. After more digging it turns out theyve had a lot of these fridges breaking down right now and cant supply parts fast enough. It seems like Sears knows they have a fault part or Fridge and arent doing right by its customers. Finallly a month goes by and the parts show and the repairman was great he did a good job and now I have a fridge. As for the rest of the Sears team Im exptremely disappointed in their efforts and willingness to do right by me. I bought 2 fridges, three laundry centers, two dishwashers and other miscellaneous items for my house from them and the best they can do is make we wait a month without my fridge while they try to find the parts. Then for a thank you they ask me to spend time and fill out a survey. You reap what you sow. Ill not be buying any appliance from Sears ever again nor will I recommend them to any others. I had sent my parents and friends there who each bought 7 appliances from Sears for their new houses. Thats not going to be happening again. Very disappointed and frustrated ex-customer.
Sears outsources repairs and the quality of the resulting repairs fluctuates accordingly. This was the second issue weve had requiring a warranty fix to our dishwasher. The first fix was not major (no leaking) and was handled nicely. The second repair, for a slow leak out of the dishwashers corner, resulted in a much faster leak out of that same corner after the repairman left. Scheduling another person to come fix the leak then took a week to arrive, and then over another week for the follow-up to install ordered parts. Needless to say while I was impressed with the last repairman, the middle remairman plus the delays to get the last repairman in to fix things was not great, even though the last repairman, when able to make it, was great. Apparently they need more people like this last guy (Lynn, I believe).
The technician was very skilled! My dishwasher works perfectly now! Thanks!
Technician was running late but updated me often. Technician quickly identified the problem and made the repair. I am very happy!
We couldnt be happier with the service. The technician was very helpful and punctual.Thank you!
Sears service is so lacking. Our refrigerator went out Aug 8th. We called for service and had to wait a week. We are in NY and the people in our home were w/o a fridge . The repairman came and they had to wait another week for a part. We called and told Sears to never contact us but to call our renters and gave their information. The service man came but they were not home because Sears contacted us, knowing not to, and we were not available to take calls or any technology. Because of the time of day the repairman had 2 hours to come back but Sears would not accommodate us and made another apt. for Sept 8th. A whole month w/o a fridge is unacceptable. The part was there so our renters just fixed it in 10 min. No wonder Sears is closing stores. We will not use them. There must be only 1 man to service all of Provo.
After an initial mixup over the time of the appointment, my service tech was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and fast! He did a great job repairing my outdoor grill and ordering necessary parts for the repair.
Im impressed. Very easy to schedule, good communication on the day of service, friendly competent tech.
Everything works great my only complaint is that I had to keep rescheduling the appointment because the parts hadnt arrived.
Marty was very thorough as usual we have had him repair several of our appliances he does a great job.
Ive had Sears out at least a half dozen times for the same problem and still no solution. Ive been under warranty so luckily no out of pocket costs, just the frustration of my AC not working properly. What Im worried about is my warranty running out this fall and it still not being fixed. Im getting ready to sell my home and dont want to pass along a problem.
Great customer service from the repair tech. He completed the well check on the dishwasher, answered all my questions & was very professional.
My problem was not corrected. The technician knew it wasnt corrected and left anyway. He told me to try this and try that and then call back if that didnt work. Of course, itll take another 3 weeks for the technician to come back...thats after already waiting 6 weeks!!! Not happy at all!!! Sears warranty service repair is the WORST!!!
Our service man Martie was on time and his dieanostic was spot on and mad repairs very quickly Thanks
Super nice technician. He was quick and smart. Thank you!
The physical store doesnt exist anymore. You have to order it online now. Google tells me the store is open until 9pm tonight. They should update their info.
Repair was done well and in short order. The repair man was professional in every way. This kind of warranty work makes me want to look to Sears in the future for needed appliances.ThanksMarc Taylor
2 of the three repairmen were excellent. One of them didnt know what he was doing
He did an excellent job. He was timely and very professional.
Service technician was scheduled through my home warranty company. Not only did they put me off a week and a half the technician called went through a few redundant questions and gave me the impression he didnt want to help me out. Very unimpressed. Now I have wasted 3 hours of my day waiting for the service man to arrive for nothing. What a joke.
Nate was very knowledgeable and thorough. His service was excellent.
Very helpful gentleman. Friendly and answered all the questions I peppered at him. Thank you Sears.
The service man was quick and efficient.
Jeff did a good job and fixed the freezer. He then cleaned up all the mess he had made. I will call again for service. Thank you.
The gentleman that came was great, did a good job and was very pleasant.
The guy was a bit later than the automated system told me he would arrive but he did a great job and the repair was way less than I expected. I would use them again.
Great! Fixed problem quickly. Very informative, professional and polite!
Excellent competent work, courteous service by repair tech, also courteous and helpful contact with customer service and support people on telephone. thanks very much.
First it took weeks to get an appointment and then the technician did not come, instead he called. He said it needed a new part and would come out after the part was delivered. I am not happy. Where is the service, in customer service???
The repair was great he made sure that it was right. And even saved us money because he was through.
George was great he was very helpful
The technician was on time and did an excellent job.
Horrible experience! They had to reschedule me 3 times! Such a joke! First repair appointment was July 12th, our mower didnt get fixed until Aug 16th.
Terrible scheduling - They tell one time and keep pushing it and not show up in the 4 hours window! They also hook you up with a date to lock it with warranty, and then change it by a full week on a non-working Fridge!
My Sears stove has not worked safely since Oct 2016 . There has been five parts ordered and repaired. The oven still doesnt work the way a normal one should work. It takes 57 minutes to reach 425 degrees to bake a pizza.
Service was good but thought the heating fuse was very expensive. Especially when we already had the dryer cleaned out and had it all ready to just replace old fuse with new one.
Excellent service. Found and fixed the problem with our refrigerator.
Service tech very knowable and pleasant.
Pricy but well done.
Was pleased with service and technician was friendly
He was on time and was fast and accurate.
Knowledgeable repairman and efficient.
They were great :)
Excellant service, also prompt
Except for the delay in receiving the replacement part, the service was excellent.
A good thing
Very satisfied.
