I have gone to several dentists before, and none of them have been as friendly as Dr. Persky, I am very glad to be a new patient of his. He has been absolutely spectacular, and is a very genuine and friendly person. Dr. Persky and hygienist Julie have greeted me with each visit with enthusiasm and high spirits (and my appointments have been the earliest scheduled times!). I highly recommend this practice and look forward to my future visits.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Persky as my dentist today! He is a very bubbly and easy going professional that cares for his patients with great intent. It was only my first time meeting him, but I felt very comfortable to be his patient. The medical assistant, Julia, is a kind-hearted person who made the appointment even better. All around I am extremely pleased to have met these two. A lovely experience!

I have really liked this office for years. Their hygienists are all kind, caring and great at patient education. Dr. M Rubinstein is also really great. I was a bit nervous to have my six month cleaning during a pandemic, but my fears were quickly abated. The staff has you wait in your car until your room is ready. They checked temperatures and assessed covid risk. They gave me an individual hand sanitizer. There were very limited patient numbers. The staff was well dressed in PPE and was diligent about cleaning all tools that were touched. I am so thankful to have caring a doctor and staff.

I have had the best experience at Drs. Rubinstein and Ducoff’s office. I have had the most thorough cleanings, the most expert advice. Dr. Mahra did two beautiful veneers on my front teeth after having a terrible bonding done at my previous dentist. The front desk is efficient and professional. I highly recommend this practice. I come from 45 minutes away and I would never go anywhere else. Five stars are too few I give them 10!!

The 2 dentists are top drawer. Ive been going there for 35 years. The are professional who know their skill well. The hygienists take their time and yellow teeth become white within an hour! Call them and make an appointment and tell them Dee Dee sent you!!!

I went to Drs. Rubinstein and Ducoff as the first major outing since the Covid-19 virus interrupted our lives. I was so impressed by the communication prior to my appointment outlining the steps they were taking to keep everyone safe. Once there, the attention to detail for safety was outstanding beginning with the reception at the front door. I feel very relieved. Excellent attention to health and safety and an excellent cleaning. Cynthia was awesome! Very thorough and very attentive to my comfort. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

Ive been going to Rubenstein and Ducoff for years and always have a great experience with the dentists, the receptionists and the hygienests. I recently had to get some crowns and Dr. Mara & team provided excellent care throughout the process. Having chipped teeth and broken bonding in the past, theyve always been able to schedule me for same-day visits. I would recommend this office to anyone in the Providence metro area.

Finally I can honestly say we absolutely love our dentist! The practice is spotless and up-to-date with all the newest technology and the staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable. It is super easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. I never feel rushed out of the office. Dr. Rubinstein takes great care of my entire family and is always able to answer any questions we have. More importantly she gives us honest advice. A few years ago I was traveling in Rhode Island and broke a tooth on a hard piece of bread. The pain was unbearable and I wasn’t going to make it back home in that shape. Luckily, I found Dr Mahra Rubinstein and company. Dr Rubinstein saved my life and my trip! She took great care of me and has made me a patient for life. I travel from New York just for my appointments. She always takes great care in ensuring that I’m comfortable. And, I can honestly say that no procedure has ever been painful! I started going to this office in March 2017 and went there for a year and a half. I found the staff were efficient and professional but that I really only got one minute with the dentist and that there was no engagement with me and my care plan, which I didn’t mind because I figured I did not need work done. I moved away and my new dentist found a great deal of decay that was never brought up as an issue even after taking a full set of xrays. I have had three fillings and a crown at my new dentist, this intervention could have been less intensive with earlier action. I am so disturbed that if I had continued to go there, I likely would have needed a root canal instead of a crown, if they ever caught on to the decay. I cannot recommend this dentist in good conscious as they hardly had the time to really care for me and my teeth.

1. Arrogant attitude in the reception.2. Do not keep promises - asked for x-rays to be emailed to me, they said no problem, never received them.3. Did not have good confidence in dentists themselves - this is however subjective.

This office is consistently pleasant, professional and helpful. Dr. Ducoff is extremely competent and concerned about his patients dental well being. While almost all of our dental care is performed with this practice, the occasional emergencies may require treatment elsewhere when were out of state. Dr. Ducoff will take the time to return phone calls and the staff handles incoming calls with a great deal of patience. He has reviewed x-rays transmitted by other dentists and consulted regarding treatment options. I have referred family and friends without any hesitation. Interestingly when other dentists have examined me, the 1st question is always, who did this work and beautiful crowns.

The receptionist treat you as if you are interrupting their personal time when you call; they are very unpleasant. Other than that the service is good.
