I find Heather to be intuitive, professional, and most of all helpful. Ive had a hard time finding therapists in the past and I feel really lucky to have her in my corner. Shes been a valuable resource to me and I can highly recommend her to anyone looking for support and guidance.
At first she was good but took a while to actually return my calls. Perhaps she had other patients that w ere more important than me, idk. I’d pay her my copay and every visit pay $5 extra. The extra added up so instead of paying for certain visits I’d tap into the extra. Then I got one appointment mixed up. She accused me for her mistake the second time around when she wrote the wrong date on the appointment card when I was there waiting for her and she wasn’t there that day. She only apologized and took blame after I showed her the card. After this her entire vibe changed toward me. Between her change toward me and the fact it was difficult to get her to return my calls I decided to look for someone new. She admitted to the fact she owed me the extra money I had paid her and said she’d send it to me. She never sent me anything nor did she return my calls after we spoke about my money return. I have voicemails from her saying she agreed that she did owe me money and she would give it back to me. She is so unprofessional and I don’t know how she has patients. Maybe other people have had better experience with her. As for me, it turned out to be aggravating and a hassle that cost me too much money. If I could I’d give no stars.
Great therapist. Always there when u need her
