This place is amazing - Take the other reviews with a grain of salt. As far as the comments about the cancellation fees go - every late cancellation = lost business for them if they cant reschedule. They happily waive the fees for you if youre a good patient and show up for all of your appointments otherwise. The office is really nice (Providence), gorgeous waiting room pre-COVID and a safe space to get treatment. I can only speak for my experience with my own therapist, but I highly recommend this place.

Just started coming here. The psychologist is awesome. But after one visit, they reschedule my follow-up with the wrong Psychologist that I first seen! Theres no way to directly contact the East Greenwich office. Ya cant tell if they are opened or closed.. The wrong Dr calls to notify of the mistake on a Sunday night. Im boggled! To many kinks to work out. Not what a patient needs.
