They are the worst agency ever. I applied about 2 months ago and been calling before they even suppose to open. I call and ask if there is there any jobs available today. They always either seem to hang up to have me wait for 20 mins or shut me down saying call in the afternoon noon. You realize I have a daughter I can’t be working from 11-9 at night. I applied for first shift Is there anybody that can help me thank you

Horrible. Cannot stress the level of rude, unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the dismissive, unfriendly, incompetent receptionist...to the insane, quite literally insane Maureen....this woman got 30 of us stranded in Boston until 4am, called and harassed me for information about things I had no clue about...concerning issues that were her responsibity. The level of madness, unwarranted, belligerent unprofessionalism was staggering. I was not the only staffer to receive strange, harrasing calls....calls to gossip. I have worked for 20 years as a highly trained server and bartender and was working as a temp event bartender for this company. Never in that Time have I witnessed such behavior or experienced such bizarre treatment. Lastly the general manager, a man whose name I could not recall threatened to withhold my payroll info that i needed for renewing my health insurance because Maureen was upset that I left after confronting her about her professional manner. Do not go to this sideshow unless you like drama and working for mentally unstable individuals who let u know 2 hours before on the day they want you to work, and berate you if you are unable to due to lack of proper notice. The pay is well under industry norms as well. Good luck with your search and good luck if you end up working for these people. you

This is the worst place, they are not professionals. My mom called and the secretary told her to go because they were taking the first 6 people and when she went there the secretary told her “ohh I’m sorry but 6 people came already🤦🏻‍♀️ Why they don’t do that on the phone and stop telling people to go there for nothing.

Horrible. There is so many of them working at that office but I have to wait a week and a half for an email cause only one lady knows how to send them. So I call back and the lady gives me attitude saying why dont you just come pick it up then .

Called on the phone inquired about one of the two permanent positions posted on their website. I spoke to a lady on the phone and told me to come in and fill out an application. When I arrived three people in employment 2000 office did not know nothing .two weeks later the job is still listed on their website.

The people there are horrible they dont care about there clients the lady at the front desk is the worst person on this planet worst experience Ill never go back there again
