An external Western Digital passport, one day the drive was fine, the next day it started clicking. Had a great experience. I had a Seagate external drive fail on me. Lost my partition, and did the best I could to recover the file and partitions myself. After failing, I brought my drive to Alex at New England Data Recovery. He showed me all the bad sectors, gave me a quote, and told me he could recover it all. TL;DR: Alex was able to completely retrieve data I thought was completely gone on a micro SD card I had.Story: my wifes tablet restarted without her asking it to, and it no longer recognized the memory card shes been storing everything on.
