I’ve been in solo dental practice for thirty years now. The economic downturn had significantly eroded into my practice health on many different levels. With increasing cancellations, increasing no shows, and the increasing impact of third parties and corporate dental practices on the profession tremendous forces had come to bear upon my small practice. While at one time, not too long ago, I was able to thrive on a traditional practice model, I now found myself falling further and further behind.
