This has got to be the best experience I have ever had getting the dreaded blood work. I checked in with the little kiosk for an appointment I had made online, easy peasy. The phlebotomist was by far the nicest, most sincere person in medicine I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and it really needs to be noted. From the very beginning of me registering at the desk with her, from her mannerisms when taking my blood and the ability to make me feel comfortable she was the absolute best!!! Thank you !

Despite having an appointment, still waited 45 minutes. Only 1 employee present who was responsible for billing, check-in, and drawing blood.

This place is the best Ive been too. Susan is extremely sweet and so helpful along with the other girls. The staff talks you through everything and keeps you comfortable. I was brought in for my apt right on time. No waiting involved! Great place!

Paulina was totally calming and professional. She explained exactly what I should to get my result. I never felt the needle enter my vein! I will come here again when I need lab work.

Today, Ive Went To Get Tested.The Staff Are Rude As Ever. Making Everyone Feel Unconditional Uncomfortable. They Talk At You, Not To You. The Way They Explain Something Is Like Their Programmed. Not Very Helpful To The People That Didnt Know How To Sign Me(Id Choose To Help Them) They Treat You Like A Person Locked Up. Unsure Why? But I Wouldnt Recommend This Place To ANYONE At All. The Wait Is Very Long As Well.

Very angry! I’m still waiting for a simple test, I went online made my appointment at 10:00 am is 10:25 and the waiting room is still full

30 minutes past the appointment time with 0 explanation for why. There is no consideration for those who are here waiting. I had a newborn baby at home crying while i waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to take a drug test for a job i needed.

Stuff is super rude. If you ask a question she seems to be upset. Extremely long wait time even if empty!
