Excellent customer service! Needed to junk my car ASAP. Called them and scheduled an appointment same day within a hour. Traffic was crazy at the time but they were very patient and understanding when i couldn’t make it on time. Once I arrived, the transaction went very smooth and quick. Would highly recommend! I called them around noon, and they quoted me a fair price, so we set up an appointment for later that day. They texted when they were on their way and showed up on time. The whole thing took fifteen minutes and the old car that was taking up space in my driveway (and my brain) was gone. Chris was friendly and helpful. Couldnt recommend these guys enough.

I got the price I was offered so I was really happy since I needed some quick extra cash.The driver was extremely helpful and on time. He also accommodated me with my busy schedule. We ran into some issues getting my car out of the location but the driver was skilled enough where he got it out with no problems.Overall pleased with the service and professionalism.

As a female sometimes you may feel skeptical on contacting a company for any type of car service, whether its a tow, a mechanic, getting an oil change, buying a car due to the stereotype of being taken advantage of, being ripped off because you are a female. I must say that VBM has exceeded my expectations, not only in the friendliness, how helpful the owner Luis was and the overall knowledge. I asked so many questions and with no hesitation he answered all my questions in a polite manner, never gave me push back nor an attitude as a female I ask tons of questions even some repetitive ones and I must say the service was on point. There was no beating around the bush and I have worked with them on many occasions such as searching for a the right car for a family member, car maintenance issues and towing.
