We originally started out withNationwide Richard Lefebvre could not have been kinder or more helpful. We are very sorry he retired. If we knew then what we know now, we would never have did he business with this company. Now that we are older and ready to retire, we are trying to get help with our life insurance policies. It seems to us our policies are all messed up now. They keep raising our rates astronomically. I call and leave a message for Andrew Lefebvre to call me back, at least three times but he doesnt have the decency to call back. They always say he is out of the office. A couple of other people attempted to help at the Nationwide headquarters and it got me absolutely nowhere. I feel I have been lied to and misled after paying faithfully for over 20 years.

I always get excellent service when I go to the office on North Main St. By excellent I mean that the staff are friendly, knowledgable and within a few minutes have dealth with my request. Yanna Mam gives truly excellect customer service. Because insurance is basically a commodity then customer service is the differentiator that makes the difference for a customer and I am a highly satisfied customer.

The Lefebvre Insurance Agency provides such great customer service. I highly recommend this agency and particularly Hannah Phou to be your Sales representative. She listened and helped me with any difficulties or questions I had. She makes the process nice and smooth.
